Health in Hand has pretty good natural smoothie options. I got a new smoothie that wasn’t published in the menu yet but saw it on their sign “Guava Guapa”. It was so good and would higgly reccomend. There is not much seating and it can get loud with the smoothie making. Not a good casual sit down spot but the quality of smoothies is worth it.

Such an awesome spot! They were super nice, got the order out quick, and it was SO GOOD %1000 recommend if you’re in this area

Dietary restrictions: This is a great place if you are, Vegan, Vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, etc. or if you have any allergies, they have options when ordering to let them know all of those details! I actually stopped here because I was on an elimination diet and it was sooo good.

First time trying Health in Hand yesterday. I wasn't feeling good and hadn't had anything to eat so I stopped and tried the peanut butter and banana smoothie with chocolate protein. I can definitely say this will be my go-to for smoothies from now on! Best smoothie I've ever had! Everything sounded great and healthy and I love the fact that it's a local, small business that uses locally sourced ingredients.
