Shop was cute, ice cream and flavor selection were good. Unfortunately, what I ordered made me feel ripped off. I simply wanted 2 different junior sized (3 oz) scoops in one cup (6 oz total). I was charged twice the price of one junior scoop - total of $6.98. But, as is evident by the pricing board for scoops, had I ordered one double scoop with 50% more ice cream (9 oz), I would have only been charged $5.49. When i inquired with the 3 young workers, they seemed incapable of recognizing or doing anything to rectify the inequity. This was the first and last time I will patronize this business.

A nice little ice cream and dessert shop in the downtown area of Spartanburg. It is a short walk from some of the town center hotels and event centers, making them very convenient. The flavor combinations and names are unique: Kitty Kitty Bang Bang, This Just Got Serious, and Exhausted Parent were the three we tried. All of the ice creams had pretty good flavor, though the Exhausted Parent tasted like it had a little contamination from another fruity flavor. The waffle bowl tasted crisp and fresh, though the dipped sugar cone for the Kitty Kitty Bang Bang was a little stale. We would recommend the waffle cone for the future. Both ice creams were fair serving sizes and were nicely blended.

I don’t like thinking this way. I came in as a minority no one greeted me. It was one nice young lady that asked me did I need help and rung me up. Prior an Asian young lady asked me what would I like? I stated the chocolate dipped cone. She still gave me the sprinkle cone. If she didn’t understand she should have ask me what did I say. After, I nicely stated the chocolate cone and pointed she “rolled her eyes” and open the ice cream freezer with an attitude. I could tell. I was confuse I didn’t show no anger because she picked up the wrong cone. So why was she so anger about me asking for the cone I am going to pay for? Second, I politely said thank you when she brought my cone and she walked off hateful and didn’t acknowledge that I said thank you. Just because of this I will not return and spend my money here even though they have so many customers to spend, but it hurt my feelings and it was embarrassing like I was less. Also, when u act in a respectful manner and get treated this way. The ice cream was good , but the atmosphere was unpleasant

Stopped for ice cream on a trip to Spartanburg. Conveniently located next to Denny’s playground across the street. Lots of flavors, friendly service and even has a play area for little kids inside the store.

What a great little ice cream spot in Spartanburg! Tons of creative, delicious flavors to choose from. They were well staffed and we were served quickly. Definitely recommend walking over when downtown.

the ice cream is amazing however the customer service is absolutely awful. i walked into the place to the employees all in the corner talking which isn't a problem but what is a problem is the fact that we were looked at like we were interrupting and treated like a burden. the person taking our order looked absolutely miserable and annoyed at us while we were trying to order. as well as her coworkers, who also looked super annoyed at us. the only thing stopping us from walking out was the ice cream looked really good. i'm just not very fond of going into places and having the atmosphere feel completely unwelcoming due to the workers treating their customers like burdens and interruptions to their conversation that's clearly more important.
