Temperature ridged cold. Management said floor sweats real bad. Cold temperature helps it from slippery floors. It's been this way for years. Nothing has been done to fix it. One of the reasons we don't come here alot. One time you'll get good service. Another time not. Needs an update on the furniture. Run down.

Just left this location. It's currently 8:43. The sign on the door even says they are open until 10:00 and the doors were locked. IHOP has really got to get it together before they all go belly up.

Restaurant is cold 🥶 is hard to enjoy a Meal had to go put on long sleeve shirt and My date she wear a jacket... owner have temperature too cold associates don't have No control over temperature thermostat.

I'm not a frequent diner but usually enjoy when I do. Today has played a big part in my decision not to go back. My order was unsatisfactory, but my waitress was amazing. She called the manager over, but it was the manager's approach, tone, and body language that was inappropriate. After I asked, she identified herself as if she was aggravated as Amanda. When she returned, she tried to clean it up a bit. I actually wanted to reorder but decided not to dine knowing shes working around my food. Some training in customer service and etiquette would benefit her greatly.

Great food and the waitress was very helpful in helping me stay on my carnivore diet. Highly recommend this place, only thing they should change is all their Omelettes should be with real shelled eggs and not boxed ones with the pancake batter mixed in.

This is the worse IHOP the I ever been everything is so dirty bad service our food take one hour and a half to get it and it was so disgusting my sirloin steak was burn and my hashbrowns was so greasy and nasty the restroom so sticky and dirty. I usually don’t like to make a bad comment but this place is a total mess
