Absolutely disgusting and way too high on the price for what we just ate. My Husband usually eats all his food and ate only half my daughter didn’t like her food and my cheeseburger was raw and the waitress gave my eight year-old a dirty look.

I do not mind giving great reviews if I have a wonderful experience it important to say so. I like many ppl read reviews. This unfortunately was not a great experience. I went on Saturday 23rd of Nov with my husband. We were craving pancakes and have not been to ihop in years. We where out shopping and thought why not treat ourselves. When we walked in, it was at least 6 ppl online to be seated. The restaurant was nearly empty. All the employees was seated looking to see who would get up to seat us. 1st red flags. Finally someone came and young lady was not pleasant and her uniform was very dirty 2nd red flag. We order our food and then looked around and the place was dirty. 3rd red flag. At this point we where ready to leave. However we already order and was very hungry. The food came shortly after and my husband food was burnt and my pancakes and eggs taste like old grease. We asked to speak to the manager because our waiter was to busy to attend to us. We decided not to eat the food and just pay for thr orange juice. I hope they read this review. My goal in reading it was not to just complain but hope that both the establishment, management and employee improve tremendous. IHOP is a stable and hate to see it in that condition. Please fix this management. FYI we went across the street to the waffle house and had better service, it was cleaner and food was not saturated in grease and butter. The staff was friendly and uniform was clean. THAT IS THE WAFFLE HOUSE. Sorry but I don't expect much from the waffle house but i do from Ihop.🧐

We visited the Spartanburg IHop near the mall on Sun. Nov. 17th. There is no one to seat you quickly and the ceiling had severe damage with a few panels gone. We placed our order. My Mom received part of her 2 by 2 by 2 order which was pancakes. She never received the other part so another waitress said she would deduct it off of our bill. We were told they were out of mayonnaise and hamburger buns. We had to special request refills on all our drinks. The coffee pots on all tables were empty, A cup of coffee for $3.49 should be readily available for a refill. I have always like IHOP but this location needs some good management!

Had Breakfast there today for my grandson's 1st birthday. Wanted to spend some time with him before his birthday party. Food was amazing, service was top notch, and he smiled so big when our server sang happy birthday to him with us.

Start off and my drink had something on the inside of it. Don't know if it was butter or grease. Got up to wash my hands and the restroom had no paper towels. Then get the food and the pancakes and sausage was the only thing that was good. I got pancakes with sausage and my wife got the sampler. Her hash browns were burnt on top and so was the bacon. Disappointed

Who is running this place? I come in at 8am only to see clear plastic trays/containers all over the floor and a chemical floor cleaner smell that is overwhelming to say the least. But hey, who knows what's going on. We sit down our family of 4 and wait and wait and wait....No coffee no greeting no nothing, well not nothing, we were escorted to our table by someone who clearly hates her job or is having a really bad day. Suffice to say after waiting longer than we should have we left to go next door to the Waffle House, which I can on ly assume happens a lot to this location.

Our service was good . Bry (hope I’m spelling right) the young lady was awesome. Amanda (assistant manager) is very rude to her employees. She is obnoxious . There is a young kid there named Pedro . It was his first day today and the way she talked to him was aweful. She is loud and lazy.. very disrespectful to the young girl bry who asked her a question to better serve us. I wish I could paint the picture in text but I suck at typing things out as I have trouble seeing. I’d give BRY 5 stars everyday of the week for how she held her composer in this trying time. I hope she stays and does well within this franchise! I just believe in customer service. Yeah I am an employee advocate. I sell cars. Never let customers figure out how terrible of a person you are to your employees . Or you’ll get reviews like this..

This location is clearly understaffed. When we came in, it was not busy at all, but at least 4 tables stacked with dirty dishes which started there for almost the whole time we stayed. The waitress we had was very nice and accommodating, but every waitress we saw went outside in between to smoke instead of cleaning upon first, then served the food without washing hands afterwards. When finally cleaning up, they had full blown conversations with each other over multiple tables....disturbing. The floors were sticky and not ecru table was restocked with essentials.

They sat me and my three kids in the corner. And A ROACH CRAWLED ONTO MY SONS CARSEAT AND AMOST ONTO HIM !!! This place is disgusting and dirty !!! And the service was beyond terrible. They told me they can’t help with the roach bc it’s my personal property!!! DISGUSTING!!! Will never be back !!!!
