My wife and I stopped in for breakfast this morning. We were greeted at the door by the smiling face of Nickkia, who also became our waitress. Nickkia helped guide us through the menu and told us about the specials. We both decided on one of the 6.00 breakfast specials . The food came to the table quickly and was hot and delicious. Nickkia kept checking on us and did a great job taking care of us. The restaurant was super clean, service was outstanding, great prices and great food. Bravo IHOP, job well done! We look forward to our next visit to this location. AAAA++++

Food was great! Our servers name was Regan she was awesome! She stayed on top of everything made sure our orders were perfect and brought out in a timely manner. She was super friendly and recommended what we should eat and kept conversation going the whole time! Will definitely be back. 10/10 experience

The Espitia's are out!
Service was great and even in the middle of a snowstorm. Our server was very helpful and patient with questions and requests. The food has improved soo much in the Hillcrest Spartanburg location.

They were busy and still very friendly and quick once they knew I was there. I drop in frequently and only once had a bad visit
I tried to place an online order 3 times, the site continued to try to get me to set up an account. It wouldn’t let me order as a guest, but offered the option. I then called the restaurant and was told I could only order by phone if my order was less than $25. I ordered from Zaxby’s and Chipotle. I won’t waste my time with IHOP again.

We were the only family in the restaurant to begin with. It took forever to get our dri ks and forever to get our food. Our party was 13 people. They brought our food out in shifts. Some were done before the others even got their food. They couldn't produce a bill at the end. Said their tablet was messed up. We waited another 15 minutes for the bill after our party had gone out to the cars. The bill was higher than it should be but it was so late we complained and they didn't offer to go through it. So we just left, we had little ones that needed to go to bed. Yes it was that late getting out of there. They won't be in business for very long with poor service like that.
