I had never had Jack In the Box before, so I decided to give it a try. Honestly…reminded me of Arby’s in a way, but I felt it was lacking flavor. I got the home style ranch club and my fiancé got the jack’s fav burger. In terms of quality, not bad. The flavor was just lacking. The staff were very friendly. They said the teriyaki bowl was their recommendation, but they were sold out. So maybe I’ll come back to try that in the future.

Food was piping hot and tasted awesome but the thing that really made my day were the employees. Give them a raise and some more benefits, whatever it takes to keep them cause they are literally the best people I've ever run into at this location. 12:30 on a Tuesday afternoon, and my whole day is made because of them. Great work everyone, my kids and pup (she did not have any chocolate, just checked the box for safety 😂) are so happy to have met you all ♥️

So last night Christmas Eve I go there at 8:05pm remind you the sign says inside open until 10:00pm ok the door is locked but a employee opened the door there only five customers in line waiting to be served employee opened the door for more customers ok then this skinny black girl with a plastic fake weave comes out starts yelling she was a working their swearing and yelling for customers to stop letting in people I wish I had her name but I don’t very unprofessional she should not be working in the food industry if she can’t handle her own staff and don’t take it out on the customers go learn some manners or get another job

If I could, I would give the wait time a zero!! Who’s in drive through…..a thirty minute wait per vehicle….before even taking your order….RIDICULOUS!!!!! You can’t get out of line because of traffic behind you😡😡😡😡

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for a cold order and a last second “we have no milkshakes, you gotta call corporate for a refund” I won’t visit this company for food again.
Edit after owner response: I issued a refund request the day of the incident for the milkshake I paid for through the app, I am still waiting to receive money back 7 days later

Whether it be the drive-thru, or indoors, it takes forever to order food (10-20 minutes) after ordering, it takes an additional 10-20 minutes till your food is ready. Additionally, the employees are extremely rude and unprofessional, including management.
