This place never seems to have anything I come for. One time they were literally out of hamburger meat, taco meat, cheese, and all soft drinks. On top of that, you can be the only one in line and they still take forever getting your order ready.

I am beyond disappointed with both the food and the service at this place. We went in for churros and donut holes, and the donut holes were freezing cold. When I mentioned this to the staff, the young employee shrugged and replied that "that's all we've got." I asked for a refund, and his response was unbelievably rude—he said, "Fine by me." This level of disrespect and poor customer service is unacceptable.
I would highly advise avoiding this place altogether. It's clear they don't care about quality or their customers. Save your time and money, and go somewhere else.

The onion rings were a bit burnt. The crew was friendly and the rest of the food was fine.
I do not know what has happened to this Jack in the box, they had improved and was handing out great delicious food. But the last time I went there and ordered drive-thru, I got home the french fries were cold the meat on the hamburger was dry. Against my better judgment I decided to give Jack in the Box another try today. Went through the drive-thru place my order pulled up at the window was paying and I noticed some french fries that were sitting there in a container ready to be put in a bag. I sat there for a good 3 minutes or so and watch the same french fries that have been setting out get put in the bag. They were chewy. I pulled around went inside and got some fresh french fries to take home. The sourdough burger just was not good barely edible. If I'm going to pay over $11 for some food I expect the food to be good hot fresh and tasty. I don't think I'm going to be going back to this location.

Went threw the drive thru just now …they messed up our order they had the lobby closed only drive thru …I had to go back around cause they didn’t put our fries in our order our food is now cold … this is a 0 outta 10 for sure .. bad customer service ..

Honestly we couldn't even try it. We ordered via mobile order and pick up time was at 0946. So we pull up and everyone is waiting at the speaker, finally they just pull up to the window. As we drive past the speaker we see a paper sign taped to the menu that says, " we're closed we have no staff for third shift". So we though ok we don't when third shift is and so we still waited at the window the kid finally comes and says we're closed, I told him we have a mobile order and he starts freaking out and then says he going to refund me. The whole interaction was weird.
