Trying to pick up DoorDash for a customer. Lobby is closed. Drive thru line is ridiculous, then when it finally clears. They don’t have any urgency to take the lady in front of me’s order.

Placed a mobile order. Asked for no lettuce. They put lettuce. Pulled back around and said “im sorry, i asked for no lettuce” she said “the system is down i cant do nothing but give a refund to the card!!!” I said “i dont need a refund just the food remade, you cant remake it since its not a transaction?” She screamed “i cant do NOTHING!!!!!” Im not understanding how the electronic system and transactions malfunctioning affects just remaking 2 tacos with no lettuce..

The food was Jack in the Box quality. We went this past Monday and they were out of bacon, sourdough bread, boba, mini tacos, and almost all of their drinks. The staff were really friendly. The restaurant was clean.

Didn't inform us that the menu online does not match their menue in store. Didn't get are food and the cook refused to make us our food that we ordered.

Not the best location. I should have taken a hint from noone being in the drive through. Cold fries, both sandwiches had little or no shredded lettuce. I don't even eat shredded lettuce. Every location I've been to and the pictures online show nice crispy whole lettuce. Not here.
