Jade Express - Spartanburg

The food is terrible, the meat is worthless. Chicken is chewy and not trimmed properly. All the sauces are extra salty. It just doesn't taste good.

There was a cockroach in my noddles, please refrain from buying here, it's truly disgusting and a health risk.
I got some for my pregnant sister and apparently, it's impossible to get good chinese food without cockroaches. Do better.

Do not eat this place they served me moldy noodles

So have tried Jade express at different locations. This spartanburg location can use some help with staff friendliness. Large portion of food but quality and taste is not what was expected. The bourbon chicken was cooked well but lacked the traditional flavor and had a low amount of sauce. Noodles seemed overcooked even for mall lo mein. Not awful but room for improvement.

thee WORST place ever I placed an order for delivery 3 meals two of those with 1 meat and the other with 2 and tell me how there was NO MEAT at all in each box just noodles and rice which was uncooked and crunchy and the noodles were cold.

Y’all leave bad reviews because you get the wrong thing lol. Always go for the bourbon chicken or the ginger chicken w/lowmein or white rice. Slaps every single time!

Brought my family here and we got the lo mein and wings. When I first ate the lo mein I noticed it was a very gummy almost like mush. I ate half of my food, but my daughter ate a whole plate of the lo mein. The next day we woke up vomiting and stomach in pain. My daughter got food poisoning from this place and still has not recovered. Will definitely not be eating here anymore.

I ordered from this location for the first and last time. 1st thing, they did not put my egg rolls in with my to go order. The food itself was absolutely horrible. The worst Chinese food we ever had. I spent over $50 dollars and just threw it in the trash 🗑.

I have nothing bad to say about the food as it is always delicious. That’s why I gave 5 stars. I usually have to order for delivery because I don’t get out much or often. The last time I ordered, I didn’t get the egg rolls I ordered. The same happened tonight. I always order 3 egg rolls with whatever I order. I also did not receive the sweet and sour sauce to go with my sweet and sour chicken. Luckily, I ordered some extra sauces on the side. But, sweet and sour chicken isn’t sweet and sour chicken without the sweet and sour sauce. Good was awesome as usual though and great portion sizes.

Side note: The to go containers from tonight had a very strong perfumy smell to them. Actually made my head hurt and I had to transfer the food to a different container. Are they new?

You get way more than you pay for! Great food, great service, and clean place!

Most amazing and best Chinese food I have ate in I don't know how long. Chicken was perfect tenderness and flavoring on point. Prices were great as well. Making this a new spot. Especially if Grandma is cooking in the back
