Went with my husband for his first time trying it he took two bites and immediately got sick the meat in his Philly was spoiled it was bad the service was terrible we should have known to skip today. But it’s honestly not worth going anywhere around hillcrest area.

Im not going to go into detail about what was wrong with my order, but there was an issue. Thanks to the manager Taylor it was definetly resolved to my complete satisfaction. I was expecting a battle, but she couldnt have been more gracious and absolutely made things right easily and without hassle. Very impressed with her and will definetely be coming back.

Tables were dirty, and everything else was great.

I went into this Jersey Mike’s with my daughter today and it was HORRIBLE. The manager is lazy and disrespectful to customers as well as her staff. The only employees who did their job was a male with blue hair and a woman with a rose tattoo and writing on her arm. Awful management but kudos to those 2 people for making it better.

The manager of the store seems to be a complete mess. I heard her ask one of the employees to rub her back whilst she was in the middle of making my sandwich as well as talking to her other employees in an unprofessional manner.

Best sandwich around here. Never let me down

The amount of times I’ve tried to order food here and not ever getting it fully right is absurd. Whether it’s not fully cooked, soggy, or has extra things in it that I specifically asked not to have. I won’t be coming back since yall cant train your people to make orders correctly, especially given how expensive the food is.

I wanted to give a special thank you to the lunch crew that helped me today! They did amazing & they were doing cash only so it was even more crazy. I had 6 sub orders (all but 1 were hot subs!) & had to get back to work they did it all so fast & it was all fantastic! I am forever grateful!
