Jersey Mike's Subs

After ruining my order, I returned to the location. There was absolutely no concern, and no apology for ruining the order at which point I witnessed the employee retrieve the orders and throw them in the trash with an attitude when I explained to them for the inconvenience, they should not have even asked for the sandwiches back. They should have just made the order properly apologized and thank me for being a loyal customer. Instead, they began to debate with me. I explained to them that there are homeless people out there without any food. I personally would’ve been more than happy to give it to someone who needed it. They also explained to me that it was a jersey Mike’s company policy. I explained to them that it was a sin to do such a thing, and if this is how Jersey Mike wants to be represented then good luck with that sincerely a former loyal customer.
Jersey Mike needs to invest in training their employees with customer service.

I’ve recently started coming to Jersey mikes and their service has never disappointed me. Employees are very outgoing and they take pride in their work. They make the sandwiches to perfection every time. Definitely will continue coming here. One of my favorite locations!

Sandwiches are delicious, but the attitude of all employees working the counter and register was sub par at best. Not only did they rush me through my order of 5 sandwiches as I was actually ordering but the moody attitudes made it very uncomfortable. Please also speak with your staff about cleanliness and hygiene. The one making my sandwiches and leaning over it had a hat loaded with pet hair. >_<. I frequent this location often but will have to reconsider ordering here if they are unwilling to to provide proper service and cleanliness for their food establishment.

I really like this place but today was the first time I went in to order my subs and I realized they use the same machine to slice cheese and all the meat products. Being someone who doesn’t eat pork I was very uncomfortable with getting anything due to cross contamination. I don’t know if I will ever be coming back. If you are vegetarian or have meat restrictions think twice before you go order.

Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options but many items in there are contaminated especially anything going through the meat slicer. Ex cheese, so your cheese touches the ham that was sliced before

As a pregnant person who is advised to not eat deli meat unless it is warmed, I made the request to have my sub toasted and was ensured it would be, however upon eating the sub it was not. Meat / cheese were cold. Will not be returning.

Watch out for SPIDERS in your sandwich. Be careful with every bite.
