I really like this place but today was the first time I went in to order my subs and I realized they use the same machine to slice cheese and all the meat products. Being someone who doesn’t eat pork I was very uncomfortable with getting anything due to cross contamination. I don’t know if I will ever be coming back. If you are vegetarian or have meat restrictions think twice before you go order.

Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options but many items in there are contaminated especially anything going through the meat slicer. Ex cheese, so your cheese touches the ham that was sliced before

As a pregnant person who is advised to not eat deli meat unless it is warmed, I made the request to have my sub toasted and was ensured it would be, however upon eating the sub it was not. Meat / cheese were cold. Will not be returning.

Watch out for SPIDERS in your sandwich. Be careful with every bite.

First time visiting and The cashier wasn't friendly at all ... treated me as if she assumed I had been there before...didn't even stick around to ring me up after being asked to...wish I would have gotten her name

I love Jersey Mike's and I ordered a sub in a tub today for my lunch break. Awesome and extremely friendly staff, management definitely cares about customer experience and satisfaction and I appreciate all of your help today. This was my first time trying this store and I will definitely be back! I hope someone from upper management notices what a great team they have here!

The BEST sub I've had in a very very very long time. We ordered Philly cheese steaks with different ingredients and both were delivered HOT and CORRECT.... Will definitely return!!!

“A Sub Above” slogan may need to be altered after my recent experience at this franchise location. Usually, other locations offer better quality and give you more meat for the price point. However, I’m not sure what happened to the way Jersey Mike’s used to make their sandwiches. My recent experience at this location on 5/31 was quite the disappointment. Ordered a few giant club subs, only finding out it looks more like a veggie sub. Where did the meat go? Needless to say, I won’t be a returning customer.
