My brothers first time eating here and Leslie was taking care of us. Explained about the mike way. Food also really good. As I tried comparing for my brother sub station 2 to subway and mikes. Mikes is definitely the most versatile and delicious. Just also the highest cost.

Jersey’s is Jersey’s, but we walked in to this one to find the worker spraying windex over the food onto the plexiglass and then proceeded to wipe the windows and the area around the food area but not quite griping the debris, exposing the food to cleaning chemicals and potentially dirt from dropping particles into the food as she brought the used paper towels over the food. I can appreciate a clean environment, but this was highly inappropriate timing. At the very least remove the food bins or wait until closing to clean. They seemed to be cleaning ahead of closing within the hour with food still out. We decided to go to a different Jersey’s.

This is the most friendly and professional food establishment that I have ever been to! All staff members we interacted with were excellent. Food was prepared quickly and correctly. Restrooms and the rest of the restaurant were very clean. If ever passing through this area again I would be happy to be a customer at this Jersey Mike's.
Food is always great, however they need help and/or need to prioritize in store customers. No reason there should be 8 people waiting in line and telling folks if they order a hot sub it'll be 20-30 minutes.. prioritize your folks in store.

Was a first visit. Got the Kahuna without jalapeños. Just No. They offered me a coupon for another choice, which I will use for something plain like ham and cheese. All tables were dirty. Did not enjoy the dialog I heard, which sounded like complaining - just don't want to hear that when trying to enjoy an outing. Tight parking. Customer svc from person to person was like hot/cold, up/down, on/off. Fair prices.

I had tried to call to place an order but phone was down. I went to the building and pulled up to window. Tall girl comes and opens the window and says nothing to me. She’s B just looking at me. I said your phone is down. She replies uh huh. And keeps looking. I said I want to place an order. She then says you can’t place an order through the window. You gotta come in. I told her I am completely handicapped. The only reason I’m ordering at the window is because your phone is down!!! She walks off and the window shuts in my face. Unbelievable. Was this girl not trained to greet the customer? I felt like I was trying to talk with someone who never attended school. Ridiculous. Discrimination at its finest.
