Ordered delivery it took over an hour. Not exactly “Freaky Fast”. When my sandwich finally arrived it was missing cheese. This is the third time this has happened there. I will not be eating from there again.

I order from this location all the time & they’ve always been great with delivery - however my food arrived after my 30min. lunch break today despite me placing the order directly on their app and ordering an hour before my lunch. This was never an issue before. And in my 16-years of ordering JJ (and working at one) I’ve never heard of a shop not having enough employees to keep up with deliveries which reflects the slogan of the company “freaky fast”. My order was sent to a third party - Uber eats. To deliver my food…. I am not paying for the JJ service they promise. If I wanted the slow service of Uber eats I would have used them myself. This location needs to figure out a better solution because they just lost a customer.

I ordered #2 and got about 2 slices of meat. I was disappointed because this is my go-to sandwich. I think they were rushing so much I got shorted.

Failed to tell me upon ordering that they didn't have a delivery driver. It took 1:15 mins to get my food and I'm 2 miles away.. Drink was watered down and bag of food was ripped. I spend about 300 a month at this location. Never again

Food is always spot on and delicious! You can tell most of the employees actually take pride in their job and have a positive attitudes. Of course there are a few bad seeds everywhere you go, but management seems to do a great job and creating a positive work environment and it shows through the employees there! One of the better JJS for sure! I eat there at least once a week most weeks and can always count on them to be quick, accurate, and clean!

Disappointed. We wanted subs, and we believed that we had ordered subs. No where on the app or on the website shows sandwiches nor tells you that if you order wheat bread, it's a sandwich and not a sub.
