IF ELDERLY DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My elderly mother went through the drive thru and no employee acknowledged her waiting. My mother said hello waited a few minutes then said hello louder. At this point a rude employee started berating her for saying hello. My mother may be elderly but she is fiesty and started going back and forth with the employee. The employee was extremely rude to the point the other employees were apologizing for the employee behavior. My mother asked for the manager and was told the rude employee was the manager. She received her order and came home. Once home she realized part of her order was missing. So not only was she upset with the encounter but she didn't even receive the things she went through HELL for. My mom has loved KFC since she was a child. I mean die hard fan. KFC was a staple treat for all of us growing up. This has made the whole family swear off KFC in the future. After reading some of these reviews it seems like this particular restaurant is specifically targeting the elderly community for their harassment and verbal assaults. This is not ok. I have contacted corporate but we will see.

I ordered a 12 piece nugget meal with slaw and sweet tea. I just want to say that everything was delicious. The biscuit was so fluffy and buttery and fresh. The nuggets were perfectly done. The slaw was juicy, not dry, and delicious. Most of all the tea was exactly the right sweet. Definitely 10 out of 10! Thanks to the wonderful staff!

Ordered online for a three piece bbq chicken. The app did not specify the type of chicken I’d be receiving so as expected I of course I expected to receive wings. I picked up my order on my 15 min break and it appeared I had everything I asked of. Not to mention, they were playing on the intercom when I told them my name and called me Jasmine. Upon opening my meal I found that instead they tossed 2 thighs and a drumstick in bbq sauce. Upon calling to report my findings, they denied replacing my meals and stated I needed to call to let them know I need wings since the app did not let me pick. I will not be returning to this location for any further online orders. This is my second time ordering from here and for years I have avoided purchasing from KFC. This has really sealed the deal on me ever eating from this location and any other locations again. The food was not appetizing at all. Who wants fried chicken tossed in sauce unless it’s wings. The management and operations need to be reviewed.

The amazing staff help to fill a large order of 80 for a school meal. Everything they did from the order to the final product was amazing. It was not only packaged neatly and well organized. We highly recommend them!!! I can’t remember the person name that helped us however I believe it was Ricki they were absolutely delicious!!

Have you waiting 5 mins at the speaker box then you can’t drive off bc cars are waiting behind you. They get the speaker jus to tell you it’s a 30 min wait on chicken and 5 other cars is already waiting in the parking lot on their food. Terrible customer service. They need grown adults working beside the young kids
This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering food. Drove to this kfc drive through and said “ hello” and the food service lady started scolding me. Said I was rude for saying “ hello” when I drove up. I was supposed to be quiet until I was spoken to. @ 10:15am on Sunday 08/24/2025, on my way to Church, had a poorly trained person teach me, at my old age, that I was not to speak until spoken to. I have never been so disrespected in all my life. I’m no slave who stays unseen unless spoken to. I call on the owner or investors to look into what customers are complaining about because complains abound. If not, people would boycott this location until the numerous complaints about the service at this location is addressed. You can get your bots to pump up your reviews but the reality is that this location is a menace to the society.

Just left KFC ordered the hot honey spicy wings with wedges. Definitely not hot honey. They were dry and to salty to eat. The wedges were hot and crispy but the wings are trash. Only thing great about this experience was the eyes of this beautiful lady at the drive-thru window.
