Horrible, horrible service!!! We asked for hot doughnuts (which were on the line) and even after they brought us cold ones and we re-asked, they still came back with cold ones. Staff is completely incompetent and had attitudes to boot as if our confusion over cold doughnuts (after repeatedly saying we wanted hot) was putting them out was an unreasonable thing. And yes, we left with cold doughnuts was confusing to them. Please, go somewhere else like the Greenville Krispy Kreme. This place isn’t worth your time.

this place is a joke waited in drive thru watched 3 cars pull off when i got to the window the girl was on her phone and did not even look my way had to go in to get service and then they had a attitude like i done wrong wont be back

I'm disappointed w this location again. They don't carry the flavors on the app😕. Some of the staff are great, friendly & helpful. Customer service never followed up w me from an email other than to say they would. The special deals on the app are not honored at this location, they don't have the donuts here. I went before lunch so timing was no reason to not have special in stock.

They NEVER have the donuts they advertise. Tried to call and order thr snoopy donuts and was hung up on. Tried to call back and they wouldn't answer. Came in the store to order and no snoopy donuts. Why advertise if you are not going to have them. I had the same experience last year with the grinch donuts

Ordered drinks by phone, no drinks ready when we got there. Ordered hot drinks 1 medium 1 large, both came as medium, drinks were cold. Totally incompetent staff. Never liked Krispy Kreme before, still don't.

The store is wonderful,. The reason for the 3 is for one simple thing. They have stopped making the lemon filled doughnuts. This is very depressing. No explanation no warning no nothing, just gone. I guess I'll have to get them from a competitor.
