This review is long overdue. My apologies. When in the SE United States, I try to visit this particular location because it's only steps away from good train watching locations. The staff at this location is friendly and fast. The lines really move quickly. AND, there is the product! Simply delicious.

I had stopped in to pick up my order and unfortunately they had run out before they were able to fill my order. However, this AMAZING STAFF let me come back later in the day to pick up my order!!!!! I can’t praise them enough for their superior customer service!!! So many companies fall short when it comes to customer service but this Krispy Kreme location went above and beyond my expectations today!!! Thank you to the wonderful staff that made my sons special day!!

Krispy Kreme's donuts never fail, of course. They're one of my favorites.. I couldn't rate a 5, however, because it does not matter what time of day I go, the special featured donuts are never available. Not just lately but this has literally been all year when I have tried to get them. Not sure what's going on with that as I used to be able to in the past.
