Enjoyed a filet mignon with Rick' Black & Bleu enhancement. It was delicious! Service was great. I was eating alone and more staff than just my server stopped by to check on me and chat a bit. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

The only issue was the flank steak (2). Very tough! Otherwise the service was outstanding and environment was very pleasant. My wife's salmon was perfect and good size.

As a high end restaurant the service staff training was sub par and does not meet the menu price standard when spending almost $200/pp. Water was not even replenished once during the entire dinner. Knowledge of the menu offering missing. Having been to their Greer location less than a week prior, this location doesn't hold a candle to Greer even though the menu is almost the same. I cannot understand why one is top notch and Spartanburg is not.

Excellent restaurant in Spartanburg. The 3 course was very worth it. Coming from the fine dining in Hilton Head and Savannah Level 10 in Spartanburg holds it's own with some of the best in SC.

We are grateful to have in Spartanburg this fine dining option. Level 10 offers exceptional service aides by a solid menu (best calamari in the area!). Our food was perfectly prepared and our server was attentive without being intrusive - a good combination. We will certainly return in the future.

We went to Level Ten for the first time to celebrate my husband's birthday. What a wonderful experience! We arrived at the table, and the staff had signed a birthday card. Our server, Vera, was exceptional throughout our time there, and the food was expertly prepared. We particularly enjoyed our filet mignon and ribeye. To close, we were given a complimentary dessert -- the birthday boy's choice of Key lime pie or creme brulee. When it was served, it was brought out with a flaming sparkler on a plate with Happy Birthday written in chocolate. We had a wonderful time, and will definitely be back!

Food was overcooked Manager -Keith was not interested in our food being right after sending back well done steak for a medium rare order . Food was less than mediocre. Waitress was nice . Save your money and go elsewhere
