I had wanted to try out this place for years. We finally did for Valentine’s. We were seated quickly and the restaurant was nice, but nothing spectacular. The dress code clearly states no hats, so the hubs left his at home, yet we saw multiple patrons wearing hats. The wait staff was kind, courteous, and attentive. But the prices? Way too high. My husband ordered a $79 steak and had to pay $4 for some garlic butter. It was ordered medium rare and came out medium. Almost everything was à la carte. The food was decent but for the price, I expected MUCH better. We paid close to $300 (including tip) for a steak, crab cakes, two sides, one app, one dessert, 2 drinks and a glass of wine. My drink was weak and the wine glass smelled like a wet dog. I really think this place has potential but really needs to step up their game if they are going to charge those prices 🤷🏼‍♀️

One of the best spots in Spartanburg. Great views, food, drinks and the most gorgeous, amazing, spectacular bartenders and management. Keith looked like Cupid tonight in his vibrant red suit. Mary cate and Galina went above and beyond for me and my date.

Level 10 is the best spot for drinks with a great view! Had a good time celebrating Valentine’s Day up there. Galina and Mary Cate took very good care of us.

We had our wedding reception at Level 10 in Spartanburg and it will forever hold such a special place in our hearts. 🤍 We come back for every special occasion and they never fail to impress us.

The food is always incredible, the atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, and the service is consistently top tier. This time, our waitress Kristina was absolutely amazing! She was attentive, warm, and made the entire experience feel even more special. You can tell she genuinely cares.

If you’re looking for the perfect place to celebrate something meaningful (or just enjoy an incredible night out), Level 10 is it. We’ll be back again and again!

Rick Ervins- Level 10 Spartanburg we had a mixed, but overall decent, experience.
Our waiter was excellent — attentive, professional, and personable. He did a great job navigating what seemed to be a busy evening and kept us informed, especially when we were told the kitchen was running behind. His service was truly the highlight of the night.
That said, the supporting staff fell short of what you would expect at this price point. For a restaurant positioning itself as an upscale experience, I was surprised to have to ask for a water refill. Small details like that matter when you’re paying for fine dining.
As for the food, the steak, lobster, and crab cakes were absolutely worth it — well-prepared and flavorful. Unfortunately, the cream potatoes were disappointing. They were overly salty and had a texture and taste reminiscent of instant potatoes. It’s possible the plate sat too long due to the kitchen delay, but either way, it didn’t meet expectations. We were told that next time we could substitute a vegetable instead, which I would definitely consider.
Given that our visit was so close to a holiday, I’m willing to extend some grace and give them another chance. However, being within driving distance of Charlotte and Greenville, both of which offer excellent high-end dining options, I would be hard-pressed for me to choose this location regularly outside of sheer convenience to where I live.
With some attention to service consistency and kitchen timing, this place has the potential to truly compete at the level it’s priced for.

Enjoyed a filet mignon with Rick' Black & Bleu enhancement. It was delicious! Service was great. I was eating alone and more staff than just my server stopped by to check on me and chat a bit. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Wonderful dinner and terrific waitress however the wait time for our main course was well over 1 hr

I took my fiancé for his birthday. He was very impressed and excited. The food was phenomenal. Can't wait to die again.

The only issue was the flank steak (2). Very tough! Otherwise the service was outstanding and environment was very pleasant. My wife's salmon was perfect and good size.

As a high end restaurant the service staff training was sub par and does not meet the menu price standard when spending almost $200/pp. Water was not even replenished once during the entire dinner. Knowledge of the menu offering missing. Having been to their Greer location less than a week prior, this location doesn't hold a candle to Greer even though the menu is almost the same. I cannot understand why one is top notch and Spartanburg is not.

It was an enjoyable dining experience. The 3 for $49 is a great opportunity to get a little bit of everything

Excellent restaurant in Spartanburg. The 3 course was very worth it. Coming from the fine dining in Hilton Head and Savannah Level 10 in Spartanburg holds it's own with some of the best in SC.

We are grateful to have in Spartanburg this fine dining option. Level 10 offers exceptional service aides by a solid menu (best calamari in the area!). Our food was perfectly prepared and our server was attentive without being intrusive - a good combination. We will certainly return in the future.
