Little Caesars Pizza

Ordered the pizza puffs for lunch. Fantastic. Went back later to take more for supper to family suffering with covid and to my Hubby. Enjoyed by all!!

It isn't often that I have nothing but praise for an establishment, especially a fast food place. But I love the food at Little Ceasars and I love the good people that work at this particular store, on Reidville Rd. Thank you f I r your excellence and for being kind.

It is what it is.. It's Cheap fast cardboard with fake cheese and canned sauce..But for feeding hungry kids quick it will do very slow for a drive through only location

Ordered at the drive up window. Crazy puffs ask for them to be fresh. 4 minutes later, there're. A LOT of Grease not freshly cooked at all. We will NOT return. Ask the lady for some napkins she gave them to us without saying anything...HAVE A NICE DAY, COME BACK, HOPE YOU EBJOY....

The person who answered the phone and took my order was not very customer service friendly. Got there to get my son’s pizza and the window people were rude. Not the same staff they had a few months ago. ??
Only reason for 1 star is because he loves the pizza.

Horrible service. I stood in a empty lobby for 10 mins and not one person acknowledged me or even acted like I was there.. at least 5 people looked right at me and kept going

Every time I get pizza the brown skin girl at the window has a rude attitude & tonight she cut me off when ordering. A pepperoni pizza was NOT all that I wanted. My cheese bread was thrown in the box & no sauce even though I called up there & was told it was included. I know it’s just pizza but as someone paying for your product..

why are you in the service industry if you lack customer service? I don’t even think lack is an appropriate word to describe the horrible customer service my husband and i received tonight. After pulling up to the drive thru my husband was completely ignored for 2 minutes while the girl who was at the window was just scrolling through her phone. I didn’t know you guys as a company were paying people to mindlessly scroll on their phones. Good to know. After finally getting said girls attention he was told the food wasn’t ready yet. And said we could have a beeper to know when it was ready. He had to ask for one of those. After waiting for almost an hour he got her attention again and was like hey this has never went off I’ve been waiting for awhile. She replied with oh yeah handed him the food which was probably ready for the almost hour we were stuck waiting on our food. No apology no care in the world no have a nice day nothing. Just a blank stair of complete stupidity and lack of brain cells. Either do better during your hiring process or just close down. Customer service or just doing the basic skills of your job is such a hard thing to come by. Will not be back to ANY LOCATION.

Young employees here lack the motivation to work and are only interested in receiving an effortless paycheck. I observed two young girls engaging in idle conversation while customers patiently waited in line. Furthermore, they handed over the pizza without displaying any manners. It appears that employer here are now hiring individuals without thoroughly verifying their qualifications, solely focusing on quantity rather than quality.

You can't place an online order at 9:30, because they close at 10. You can pull up to the window and place an order at that time though. Also, they ONLY accept promo codes online.

The employees were mainly playing around. The pizza was warm not hot and that was after they gave me a little beeper for when the pizza was done.
