The young lady was very professional and nice amongst it being very busy...NCAA championship and I was patient

No complaints from customer

Disorganized and pick up orders are always not made properly

Ordered extra most bestest Pepperoni pizza and was given regular Pepperoni pizza. I just wanted what I paid for. The assistant manager William was SUPER rude and basically told me nothing he could do. As rude as he was, its a shame they let him work there. Wont be back at that location ever.

The staff was very pleasant I got exactly what I wanted and a very reasonable amount of time the order was ready in about 20 minutes and out the door wonderful experience

I called to place an order and the caller was so loud and rude! I kindly asked her
why did she have an attitude. She then hung up! I will get a pizza at another location! Like wow...7/8/2024 @ appox 4:21pm

Whenever I'm craving a Pizza this is the first place that comes to mind

Wow. Placed a large order. Waited 30 minutes. They "lost" it. Told me there was a mishap. My expectations were low, but this is incredible. How do you lose 5 boxes?

It’s always something here… they just walking around having conversations not greeting people or taking orders… id understand if they were busy but they were not.

I order one of each of the pizza cups, asked for them to be fresh they was not!! I stay 15mins from the location and knew that which is why i called and requested they be made fresh!! The gentleman said they would be… however when i got there not only was they not fresh the cheese on the inside wasn’t melted and when i mentioned it the rude lady manger said “that’s how they are what do i want them burnt” no i want them done the cheese should be melted as it was when i went to the reidville rd location!! I then asked for a refund and that’s when things went left both of the female managers was rude words was exchanged and I’m not even sure they actually refunded me but i will see in a few days..
