LongHorn Steakhouse

Tried to have lunch here today. The hostess was intent on letting money walk out the door wgen we were refused a booth seating due to staff shortage. If I could give less than 1 star I certainly would. If the customer is not rude they definetely should not be forced to sit were they are not comfortable and under no circumstance should the customer be allowed to walk out the door. Reconfigure your floor plan especially when you have multiple couples entering your establishment.

Was seated with no utensils or menu. My server was to busy talking to two girls to even make sure I was taken care of. Salad came out late and blamed it on the kitchen was behind . After he went for my utensils My main meal came out. Would of been better at TX road house. Will not be back after this

Wish I could give food a -5 !!!!!!For starters the waiter was GREAT she was on point !!! But the food the food the salad and the half tea half lemonade was the only thing good about the food. The steak was not Longhorn steak it was over cooked no season no salt or pepper or anything the potatoes were warmed up in the microwave and still hard and raw when served the potatoes were mashed up the best they could for a raw warmed potatoe got it all the way had little cheese a little bacon no butter. The fried pickles We were seated near the kitchen it sounds like a party going on. The mixed drinks were all alcohol very little strawberry. We eat here a lot but we missed a few weeks it will be a while before we eat here again.

Floyd was an amazing server. Great service. Well mannered. I was talking to my daughter about her manners and thankfully she got to see good manners. Our order was completely correct and we were in and out like we wanted to be. Thanks for the wonderful service !

This is absolutely ridiculous to want to sit customers at tables looks like this. We had to ask the waitress to clean up around the table. As I look around the restaurant the floors were a mess in a whole. I watched the guys who clean the tables they need to be retrained. I will not be back to this longhorn anymore.

Steak overcooked, s/b med rare, was little pink mostly brown. I got salad dressing but no salad. Potato is very good.

I had a decent experience overall. The food was delicious, and our waitress provided attentive service, which made our meal enjoyable. However, there were some significant issues with the initial seating process that I feel need to be addressed.

Upon arrival around 9 PM, we noticed that there was no host at the stand to greet us. This created a bit of chaos as guests were left waiting without direction. It seemed like the staff was overwhelmed, and the waitresses appeared hesitant to take on more tables. I understand some servers may have had to work a double, ready to go home & aggravated that they hadn’t been cut from the floor yet but it was a little ridiculous that after receiving a text that our table was ready, we ended up waiting at least 10-15 more minutes before someone finally took us to a table.

While the food and service during our meal were commendable, the disorganization at the front of the restaurant was a bit frustrating, especially with two kids. Overall, I would consider returning, but I hope some improvements are made with the chaotic seating confusion that seems to arise after 9 PM

This place is a joke to get on the list. We were waiting for 30 minutes and asked about a booth by the bar to see how it worked. We didn't ask for the booth, we just asked about it, if it was open seating or not. 30 minutes after the initial 30 minutes wait, we asked why people that came after was being seated, they said that if you get your reservation online you're kicked up on the queue, plus they were waiting for the booth we requested.. I was so upset. We never asked for the booth, plus the wait was ridiculous. If you need to go here, get your name online or you might never eat.

Amazing food, wonderful effort to please the customer. Waitress must of been training or had an off night.
