If you are dinning in, then the service is good. If you are dinning out, the service is terrible and awful. Take out food should be prioritized as well. It is not worth the wait. Longer waiting times is unacceptable especially when they are not busy during the times I have ordered. I counted 7 tables being waited on with customers. Completely insane.

Waited 15 mins for a server to approach the table where we put in a full order. The bread, appetizer, salad, and entree all came out within 3 minutes of each other. A dirty plate was brought with the bread but we just ignored that. Immediately after receiving the entree I asked for to go boxes since there was no way the app, salad and bread were getting finished. It made us feel incredibly rushed. By time I shuffled around all of the plates on the table, the center of my steak had already gone cold. The manager was brought over where she faulted me for not eating it quickly enough and said “you got it medium rare and it’ll get cold if you left it sit too long and go rare. Do you want me to take it off your ticket or get a new one?” She then makes a crude, presumptuous comment about how “that’s probably the most expensive thing you ordered” and walked away. Carol, you are unprofessional as hell. That was a disgusting remark by you as the restaurant manager.

I had an amazing dinner with my family tonight at the Longhorn Steakhouse of Spartanburg. My waitress , Ny, was quick on her feet with a great, positive, and welcoming attitude. She was overall the greatest server i’ve had at longhorn since I was 6. Amazing food, Amazing vibes, amazing day!!

The cook that does the steaks, needs to be fired. The worst steak we had, dry, burnt, taste like eating propane gas straight from a plate, instead of a steak ?also the Ceasars salad was soaked in ranch and too much parm cheese.

The last three times we visited the food was excellent as soon as the kitchen could get our order correct. Once we were there with a group and my husband waited through the entire meal and never got his food. The food(when it's right) is excellent, but the service, not so much.
