Went here this morning and was very disappointed. I decided to try this location today because I happen to be in the area, but I quickly realize it was a big mistake. I ordered a bacon Mcgriddle and normally when I get a Mcgriddle, I always ask for a side of syrup. I have never had an issue before and was always able to get my syrup but at this location they charge you $0.45 for a pack of syrup and other condiments. I also asked for a small cup of water and was told I would need to pay $0.45 as well for that. The manager here is very cheap and does not care about customers. They only care about their own profit. This is not how to do good business. I will never go to this location ever again. They nickel and dime customers and it’s ridiculous.

The staff was rude. Especially the girl that gave us our food she forgot every single one of our Apple slices we ordered five happy meals the most easy food to make there their icon meal and it tasted bad. It was more like a sad meal. I will not be going back. When we first walked in there where two ladies yelling at each other one of them was a costumer and the other was a worker can you believe that. The whole reason we went there was for the croc toy. And you wanna guess what they did not have the croc toy. They gave me this ugly bear looking thing I CANT believe that McDonald would hire people like this so rude. Ordered two McFlurrys and came in the most flimsy cups I have ever seen and it melted too quickly. McDonalds you have gone down. Hate that place atmosphere is awful and it smelt bad. Waited 45 minutes just for some happy meals but they were sad. Again rude workers never going there again . McDonald’s You probably won’t even read this but if you do hire better staff and just over all get better. 😡🥲

When door dashing they seem to can’t get it right like it’s labeled but when u open a bag 3 times you should’ve had it right smfh poor service from employees
Sometimes I’m hesitant going during breakfast rush but they always amaze me at how quick they keep the line moving and my order has always been correct. I hardly go any other time of day so I can’t comment on layer in the day but the morning crew is great!

I've been going to this McDonald's since I was a kid and they make the best nuggets compared to the rest of the stores here. Fries don't have too much salt either.
I know there's Karens out here writing 1-star reviews for order errors (I've worked in fast food too and we all make mistakes).
Only downside is I wish they kept the Mansard Roof. This McDonald's had it up until COVID happened and they remodeled. Other than that it's the best McDonald's in Spartanburg imo.
