Finally a great experience at a McDonald's! Ciara was super helpful and very nice when the kiosk was not working right. The cashier was also helpful and very kind. Food was fresh and actually prepared nearly. Bathroom was clean. Lobby was nice and neat. rare to find at a McDonald's.

This McDonald's is the all time worst to go.i hvnt been there since 2011 due to the customer service and the video surrounding over fb with the rats running today my grandbaby just wanted an egg and cheese biscuit figured it's been yrs so we should be gud on a biscuit,why we gets down ride an it's js cheese.i bet any $$ this place gets complaining reports daily but we as hard worker continue to stop there..well I won't Ever stop there again not anyone tht mention going there around me ...Take ur hard earn $ to Burger King are Dunkin donuts trust me it's worth it.tht McDonald's has young and dumb employees that's js looking for the $250.00 Check weekly.they won't do better because their boss don't. Care either .nasty place nasty workers comes with nasty service...

Ordered lunch, got to window. Then they told me they weren't serving such. Waited 15 minutes to get to the windows. Very poor leadership and service. Will never go back to this location. This location is totally going downhill!!!!

Horrible place! My family and i tried to go here on our way to SC. We sat in the in the drive-thru for 15mins, no one moved. It was pretty sad. They didn't even try.

Had to keep asking for things that should have been easy to get or already included (napkins, straws, sauce, refills, etc). Playground was NOT worth coming to this location for.

I went here after I got off. Work fries were cold and undercooked on top of that. They forgot half of my order. So I had to come back in and then I had 3 people look at me and then walk right off. I waited there for a total of 20 minutes for somebody to come help me. Either way. Wouldn't recommend coming here when the night shift, is there?
