Changing table broken and installed far too low. You would have to be three foot tall to use that changing table.

Yesterday I went there.
I was waiting for an order for 7 minutes.noone ahead of me. 2 behind me.
Waited for 7 minutes. They just ignored.
I dont think I will go again.

Ordered food, they told us to pull up. We waited five minutes, and the manager came to the window with an attitude and asked us what we had. She legit spoke to me the same way a quarreling couple would communicate. She then got the food and with a continued attitude told me that it takes 7 min on the tenders. We weren’t complaining at all! There was no reason for an attitude. The worst customer service I have ever experienced from a manager!

Incompetent management and lazy staff. I placed my mobile order at 10:55 pm for curbside pick. Wait in spot #3. No one comes to the door to inform me to jump in the drive thru line after waiting 15 + minutes. I then try to cancel the order via the app which is no longer an option. So jump in the extreme long line wait another 15 minutes just to get my now extremely cold food. The manager states we stop curbside at 11:00, so common sense should tell y’all to enable the ability to place curbside order at 10 or 10:30 pm. She states it’s too dark to do curbside order at 11 or after 11. Is there a difference between 10 pm darkness and 11 pm darkness? Now if you would have lead with a safety issue I could accept your excuse possibly. McDonald has always provided poor customer service and communication to their customers. I am disappointed and dissatisfied, honestly I want my money back. That’s the only way McDonald can satisfy me and show that I am a valued customer.

So I walked in, and it was pretty packed, and it was DoorDash orders already in there, and there was a young black lady who kept looking at us, but not really speaking to us, knowing that we were trying to order, and it was another young woman in front of us trying to order so one of the DoorDash is decided to speak up and she was like can you check on the DoorDash order for me and then the young black lady with piercings and her nose and I think she had twist. She told them well. They’re back there facing it so there’s nothing I can do about it and then she proceeds to take my order which I got a strawberry banana smoothie medium size and I paid for it. She gave me the change so she goes back there and makes my smoothie but it’s in a small instead of a medium and the drink isn’t even filled all the way up to the top is halfway full, so I told her that this is the wrong size and they filled my drink up, not even all the way and she says well that’s all that came out of the machine and then she just walks away and doesn’t fix it so one of the people one of the people in there who knew the manager told the manager that my smoothie was wrong and it was the wrong size and they fixed it but when the young lady came back out to give me my correct size and my correct smoothie, she smacked her teeth at me and giggles her attitude is unacceptable because everyone in there was nothing but polite to her!

Went to McDonalds on John B White Blvd for dinner for my family everything is so expensive these days and to receive the messy very undercooked food was a punch in the gut. The drive thru was so loud and had to repeat my order several times for it to be taken I talked loud and clear so I could be heard but very polite to employees wasn't being mean at all. The problem is I ordered a Quarter Pounder deluxe cooked Well Done that is not what I received. I had took a couple bites on way home it was messy meat felt soft so I get home I look at the burger and the patty was Raw!!!! I was disgusted and sick. Not to mention when I pulled up to window I had to repeat my order to employee over and over as pieces of order was handed to me had to remind them food drinks even the happy meal there is no excuse for undercooked meat At All or having to repeat each item ordered they have a screen that shows your order. I pray I or family doesn't get sick from Raw hamburger meat. I went to this one purposely even tho it's further from my home have problems with raw meat in the past from different location. McDonalds is so expensive now and to receive such poor quality food and service is beyond disappointing heck it could be Deadly!!!!

Ask for my burgers with out cheese it was on the tag on the paper, no cheese but the buyer still had cheese on it went in no sense of urgency to fix the issue no apology. Just seem like it was business as usually. Managers saw me standing there never asked was everything ok to busy joking with their staff that was on break. 11/29 Update after not going here I wanted give them another try and that was a mistake. If you want to be ignored this is the spot for you.

Had people's order wrong,had to wait for cashier and she didn't know how to count money. Need to make sure employees know how to count money back to customers which is hard to find these day

Check your food. Happy meal did not contain extray fry and they wanted it back at the window. No bbq sauce for nuggets. Receipt was correct.
