Went to this McDonald’s after church today got there at 1p. Took FOREVER for someone to acknowledge that I was there to pick up an order that was placed in the app. It was not a friendly experience at all. There was a young man working on the line making the food, as he was making sandwiches he was also eating chicken nuggets and putting them in his mouth while making and wrapping sandwiches that were going out to customers. I also seen the same young man grab meat right off the grill and put on a sandwich again as he was eating chicken nuggets. Younger tall black guy, with tattoos on his arms. Not one person I seen had a name badge on. There was elderly people in the lobby that needed help taking their orders and was trying to ask questions but since McDonald’s made the “wonderful” decision to separate the front counter from the rest of the employees you couldn’t get someone over there to assist you with an order much less acknowledge you were even there. Also to get a refill you have to ask someone to get it for you because there are no fountain drinks in the lobby anymore and when getting a refill you stand there forever before you’re even recognized. I’ve been an assistant store manager at 3 McDonald’s and I would NEVER allow my employees to do what I’ve seen today at all! It’s a shame that this is what McDonald’s has come to not the family fast food restaurant it once was. You would think when you come to an establishment and spend close to $50 in total you would get better service, he’ll really any service really because no service was given at all they just completed an order number and that’s it! McDonald’s should be ashamed as a whole for how things are going in their restaurants!

This McDonald’s in Spartanburg has horrible food and service. Employees are rude and obviously not happy to be working there. They short change you on everything especially the amount of fries they serve. It is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Moved to this area over a couple months ago and it has been a disappointment every time.

PROBABLY THE WORST MCDONALDS YOU COULD GO TO!! Sat at the 2nd window after they handed me my food for 10 mins because they never gave me my drinks. I knocked on the window , honked my horn multiple times, and even tried to call up there but go no answer 😒 But idk what else I would expect for this Mcdonald’s. I ended up having to go inside because MY BABY IS SCREAMING THIS ENTIRE TIME:) to get my drinks only for them to of left my straws out the bag. I will drive further out of my way to avoid going to this Mcdonald’s! This is was my final straw for a restaurant that my order is only right 25% of the time.

This store gets my orders wrong nearly every time. Normally I wouldn't make a big deal out of it but it's gotten kind of ridiculous at this point. I finally got fed up and decided to call for a refund but they won't even answer their phone
The morning staff are way better, granted, but I usually go here in the evenings and the evening staff just doesn't care. I get that they're busy and most of the employees are teenagers, and I don't expect quality food from McDonald's, but that doesn't mean they can't do the literal bare minimum and get the order correct.

Had to wait in the take-out lane 30 minutes before even paid for my food. When I finally got up there, I saw several of them on their phones texting. Then to top it all off they left the french fries out of the kids meal. Don’t waste your time!
Finally a great experience at a McDonald's! Ciara was super helpful and very nice when the kiosk was not working right. The cashier was also helpful and very kind. Food was fresh and actually prepared nearly. Bathroom was clean. Lobby was nice and neat. rare to find at a McDonald's.

They had 3 ppl waiting to order, tried to get their attention they were very rude and ignored us all, I guess miss eyelashes couldn't see thru all the crap she had on her face. Won't come back.

This McDonald's is the all time worst to go.i hvnt been there since 2011 due to the customer service and the video surrounding over fb with the rats running today my grandbaby just wanted an egg and cheese biscuit figured it's been yrs so we should be gud on a biscuit,why we gets down ride an it's js cheese.i bet any $$ this place gets complaining reports daily but we as hard worker continue to stop there..well I won't Ever stop there again not anyone tht mention going there around me ...Take ur hard earn $ to Burger King are Dunkin donuts trust me it's worth it.tht McDonald's has young and dumb employees that's js looking for the $250.00 Check weekly.they won't do better because their boss don't. Care either .nasty place nasty workers comes with nasty service...
