I go here often and I get McDoubles with no onions and every single time they make them they do listen to no onions but they also leave out my pickles that I DO want it’s very aggravating and you can’t get anyone on the phone they never answer it

I used to love McDonald's ice tea but they have ruined that. Every time I go to this McDonald's and order tea it is watered down. It is very obvious that they pre make cups of tea because there is very little ice in the cups and the tea taste watered down.

I only get coffee at the drive-thru. It was good, i made sure they made it correct. As always, there was a teenager who took my payment. He was not friendly and lacked manners

Used this location many times to get a chocolate shake. Always ask for it to be put in a bag because I carry it to someone in a nursing home and can't afford to get everyone a shake. Never any problem until my last visit when the manager said for me to never ask for a bag again . Said it wasn't policy. So stupid . That policy just lost them a loyal customer!

The drive-through attendants we polite and fast in taking my order and getting my food out to me.
Totally disappointed in my experience at this McDonalds! I purchased a chicken deluxe combo and a cheeseburger. The chicken was burnt, there was a glob of mayo on it with little to no lettuce, and a slice of tomato literally the size of a quarter. The cheeseburger had no pickles( when did they stop that!?) and was cold. The guy in the drive-thru overfilled my frozen drink and it ran out all over me and the inside of my car.I tried calling to share with the manager on duty and got a recording saying that the mailbox was full and couldn't take anymore messages. Well, that told me everything! The manager is apparently aware of the poor service and just don't want to hear or deal with any more customer complaints. I should have stuck with my first instinct and avoided fast food all-together. Next time I will. Won't waste my time or money again! #mcdonaldsletmedown!

Update: Visit #2. I don't know why I decided to go back to this location. When I pulled up to the drive thru, the kid said "welcome to Burger King can I take your order". The girl at the drive thru asked if I ordered a caramel frappe, I said no, I ordered an iced mocha. Got my food, went home. Took a sip of what was supposed to be an iced mocha and it was literally just milk. No coffee in it whatsoever. They are always rude, and the store inside is dirty. Don't try to talk to the manager because she is the rudest of all. They should close this location. They can't seem to get anything right.
