This morning (1/15/26) I went there around 12 or a bit sooner. I ordered on the app so I wouldn’t have to wait in case they were busy. The woman at the first window was wonderful she always has the best attitude I just love her. But the Mexican lady at the second window has me messed up. She handed me the drinks I ordered (didn’t even get food) and one was a large and the other was a medium. I ordered both larges and told her my iced coffee was supposed to be a large not a medium. She proceeded to tell me that it was a large with the nastiest attitude and then slammed the window in my face when I tried to talk to her. I just want what I spent my money on and I’ve been going to McDonald’s my whole life I know how to tell when a cup is medium or large; even the size is on the cup!!! This chick is very lucky I didn’t have time to go inside and correct it or at least have someone check her attitude because she’s most definitely got the right one today. Managers needs to do better and make sure the correct things are leaving the window. Of course I tried to call up there and can’t talk to anyone and the voicemail is full so I can’t leave a message. So I will be back to talk to a manager about it idc I’m not asking for anything free just watch your mouth who you’re talking to

Trying to use THEIR app this morning and Olivia (claims she is the manager) says she can’t help the codes are not working that that’s on McDonalds not her.. umm last time I checked I was standing in McDonalds and she could have made it right rather than arguing with me! Very unprofessional!! Won’t be back

Just shooting through the drive thru getting a warm meal before going home from a long day then showering and to bed. McDonalds offers a variety of different foods that are constantly being served hot , fast and by all accounts deliciously satisfying .

I want to give a huge shoutout to Christina, the manager at this McDonald’s. She is always welcoming, friendly, and truly makes customers feel like they come first. Every time I visit, she sets a positive tone for the entire store and goes out of her way to ensure everything runs smoothly. Her professionalism and warm attitude make a big difference, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about both customers and her team. Christina is a true asset to this location!
It's just another restaurant. What it is that gives me a bad taste is the management! Rude to customer no manners and very arrogant.

I placed an online order at this McDonald’s and drove there to pick it up, but the staff told me that none of the items I ordered were available. If that’s the case, it’s unclear why they are even open and accepting orders. This happened on December 7th at 12:30 AM. It really seems like the staff simply doesn’t want to work — they are canceling all online and delivery orders, causing customers to come for nothing. Management needs to look into this situation. This is unacceptable service.

Thank you for letting my son eat there. He’s homeless right now in a very tough circumstance, but every time he calls me from McDonald’s he sounds calm. The old grey haired white lady in the back drive thru today 11/16 at 10/20pm has a nasty attitude ! Wish I could say I gave her a reason but I didn’t. How you hate your job when you applied is an everlasting mystery we’ll never solve. I hope she retires soon even though it looks like she should’ve 20 years ago.
