Recieved all my items but when I paid for extra big mac sauce, I didn't get extra. Nor did I get extra ketchup on a different burger. Fries were undercooked. They were tough.

To be honest it’s 10:20 they got them late night boys going in. Mc Donald’s was never this good. A light skin man was real respectful and polite but a caucasian dude was complaining whole time. But it was real good!!

Food is never fresh They always forget something never give a straws always have to ask for them It's usually my baby's food they forget and I have to go back and the workers don't even greet you say thank you nothing Open your window tell you your price You pay him they handle your food and close the window

We got to this location all the time usually pretty good. Go after lunch rush food is fresher The kids love the play area but they get bored with it easy.

I order through the app for curbside pickup all I ordered was a large Coke a small fry and a chocolate milk and as of right now it's been 25 minutes since they brought it to me... The app says it should have already been brought to me but it hasn't been so I'm going to have to now go through the drive-thru which I didn't want to do that's why I did curbside and went ahead and in advance but yeah this is awful I've got a 3-year-old with me I can't get her out of the car and take her inside so I don't know what these people's problem is but I do not recommend it to anyone else to try that here

Store has gone down hill. The prior manager that was here a few months ago is gone and the stores crew has gone from top notice to just passable. Food quality has diminished, people are actively in the back yelling as i eat and the remodel looks just short of a small prison cafeteria. Will be my last visit for a while.

My husband has mobility issues so we went through the drive thru. Ate in the parking lot went inside to get a refill and they refused to give one had a receipt with time on it. Parked in Handicapped spot. Money grubbing management. Will quit going here. Should have listened to my coworkers when they said this was a bad McDonald's. You pay 20 dollars and get this.

Just went this morning and got a hamburger patty on my sausage egg mcmuffin. When me and my fiancé went to solve the situation the tried to gaslight us and say it was steak. Ok whatever. Then while waiting for our order the employee starts to tell the other employees she told us it was steak not hamburger in a very dramatic ad sarcastic tone. Dont appreciate the rudeness of her. She was mid 50's, long blonde hair in a braid, and she wore glasses hope this helps do your thing Google

10:30am and you can’t break a hundred dollar bill. Service is always shit here. My total was $22 and some change.

Came in today to order a simple meal using my mobile app. I was having issues using the app. The manager there today was so kind and courteous.
Took my 25 mins to get some fries and a tea and the fries were cold and salty. Never again ill stick to the west side McDonald’s
