Placed a mobile order and the order was never delivered. After waiting in the designated parking spot for 25 minutes I went inside to see my order sitting behind the counter. The girl at the register gave me the bag and I returned to my truck to eat. The food was already cold and multiple items from the order was missing so I went back inside. The same girl still behind the register turned and walked away as soon as I stepped up to the counter. She made eye contact with me at least two more times but still would not return to the register. Another associate, who was actually working the fryers and helping at the window, eventually came over and gave me the rest of my order. There was a full staff with no other customers at the counter and no reason I should have waited for service especially after they had already messed up a very simple order twice at this point and caused me to spend over half an hour just trying to get the correct food. This location needs a serious change in management if this is how their associates treat customers on top of bad service. Not the first time I've had problems there and I definitely will not come back to this location now.

Theres a lot of kind people, but sometimes things get made wrong, or they forget something like a dipping cup. Iv worked for these types of places, and sometimes it's unavoidable. I would say 80% of the time they do everything perfect, but the food is at like a 90ish %. I would say it's great for being a McDonald's.

Ordered a 40 piece nugget for our family, got home and one of your employees cooking the nuggets bit one of the nuggets and put it in the box. That’s absolutely disgusting and the place should be shut down. It was not by machine or anything else but a clear cut bite! Won’t be back here
