While my boyfriend was waiting for his order at this McDonald’s location, a female McDonald’s employee began flirting with him. After he clearly stated that he was in a relationship, the employee continued to make unwanted comments and harass him while he waited for his food. This behavior made him very uncomfortable and was completely unprofessional. Employees should maintain appropriate conduct with customers at all times, and this situation crossed clear boundaries. Customers should feel safe and respected while visiting McDonald’s, and this experience did not meet that expectation. I am submitting this complaint so the matter can be addressed and similar situations can be prevented in the future. Thank you for your attention.

Just went through the McDonald's drive through. Normally my food is good. This is the second time I've ordered the same thing. In the last two weeks, 10 piece chicken mcnugget, fries and drinks. Nuggets are cold fries are cold. I asked for a Diet Coke. Got a regular Diet Coke. I don't know what's going on. Normally a good place, good food, but it's going down
Went through drive thru and they gave my order to the car in front of me and then got it back from them and tried to give it to me. I refused it and After waiting a few minutes they still gave me the same crumpled bag as before.

Went back into the drive thru because I only received 1 hash brown when I ordered 2 meals. Instead of simply apologizing and correcting the issue, the woman in the window @7:40 am tried to argue with me saying she didn’t forget anything and I “got what I paid for”. Meanwhile I’m looking at my receipt with two hash browns that I paid for….I have better things to do than lie to get free hash browns… She was very rude and had an attitude
