Food is normally good. We normally get later in the day orders/night orders sometimes food or drinks are messed up or missing (doordash orders mostly) but the workers are super sweet and respectful so we love coming to this McDonald's over the one down the road.

Every single thing I ordered has to be remade multiple times due to presentation and nonexistent warmth to my food. Sauces were wrong, I ordered extra kids fry and apples, gave me no cups, and which I had to come ask for. I also did a mobile order to eat in and my food was to go. I did end up asking for a refund for the pies since they attempted to warm them up in the microwave. I could tell because the pie boxes were soft and the pies were super soft/messy after telling me they were getting new ones. I know it takes 13 mins they came back in less than 2 with poor quality pies. Store was dirty overall, not stocked in the lobby, they’re managers seems to play around with staff and do not take customer concerns seriously. I will not be returning.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding my recent experience at your McDonald’s location. I visited the restaurant today and placed an order for a single burger, yet I was left waiting for over an hour while other customers were being served before me.
Not only was the delay unacceptable, but the employee at the window also displayed a poor attitude when I inquired about my order. Her behavior was unprofessional and added to the already unpleasant experience.
It is frustrating to feel ignored and disrespected as a paying customer. I hope this issue will be addressed, and that better customer service and organization will be implemented moving forward.

The play area and eating area were messy. I swept and wiped down the tables in the play area. A homeless man was allowed to walk in off the street and get something to drink with an old McDonald's cup. He should have washed his hands and been given another cup.

Look if I can get any size coffee for $1.00 and friendly customer service in the morning when I have to move my car. That's where I will be going. Thank you all for getting up and coming to work, and even though you're in contact with millions of different personalities, you still make it seem so easy and wake up and come back the next day. I wish I could come in there and do a good deed for all of you but I can't but what I can do is say Thanks to each of you all.
