They really need to fire and do a massive rehire. I should have to wait over 30 mins for my mf food. This McDonalds is by far the worst one ive been to in the upstate. They’re always out of something, never have proper staffing, food is subpar. This is the most consistent inconsistent location they have. If you live in the area or os traveling through… choose any other place to eat. There are better options. Zaxbys, Bojanglea, Burger King, Wendys, or just go to QT. But avoid this place like Covid

Food really good but we couldn't eat for freezing the cashier told me that there is no air in the back so they have to keep it really really cold in the lobby I said so the customers and there food has to freeze to death right

Canceled my door dash not once, but twice and told the door dasher they didn’t have my order and couldn’t remake it. You sit in line forever and it takes over 10 minutes to get to the window to even get your food. No matter if it’s no line, it takes a while to place an order at the mic because they tell you to hold on. One of the worst restaurants and would never eat or order from here again. 0/10 would not recommend.

Order in the app when I arrived to pick up my order they were closed, and the staff was very rude.
I did not get what I ordered. I ordered the $5 mcdouble meal deal and it's supposed to come with a 4 piece nugget but they filled my nugget container up with what I assume is Mac sauce instead. All I wanted was my nuggets lol. I'm at work and that was my last $5. No one will answer the phone.
