This is the best damn restaurant in Spartanburg. Food is stupid good and so fresh every single time. Absolutely stellar customer service. The inside is clean and very uniquely decorated. The chicken gyro and chicken tender platter are my favorite things here. Btw dip your fries in the tzatziki sauce you won’t regret it. I love you Miami Grill never change and don’t ever stop doing exactly what you’re doing cause it is right

Place has declined over the years. Too expensive, drive thru line is too long and they mess up on your order. I had to ask twice for ketchup and had to ask twice for the right drink. I don’t come here much anymore except if I’m out late at night. Now I don’t think I’ll be coming here at all.

The food was great, however the restaurant and customer service was terrible, we had to clean our table and sweep the floor before sitting and then a wasp came over on us and it took them forever to come get it, then while we was sitting there trying to eat our pretty pricy food one of the girls started moping right next to us with what smelt like straight bleach, it was so strong we couldn’t eat our food anymore, so we had to throw it away and leave, the most horrible experience here

Decided to try this place as the reviews were solid. I placed an order online and it said ready in 20 minutes. I arrived late, for the total time to reach 35 minutes. When I walked in I was not greeted, and when I was, my order wasn't ready, it wasn't even started! Someone came from the back and said "oh it never came up, be ready soon" and while they were saying this, they were on their phone and didn't even make eye contact. I got my order a few minutes later for a total of 40 minutes. My order was a gyro platter, a 1/2 sandwich combo meal. The toppings were wrong, I was missing my fries, so I basically paid 14$ for a bottle of water and half a chicken cheese steak. Of course I didn't notice until I got home. This location, the food, and the staff just ust wasn't what I was hoping for based on reviews. The location was ok, the store seemed cleanish, but could have been better. The staff members gave the vibes they've had better days and yesterday wasn't it. They had company shirts on but many of them had sweat pants on and just gave the vibes they couldn't care less. Probably won't return, to this location anyway.Pleanty of spots, handicap parking and enterence. Drive through option as well. Kid friendly menu and vegetarian options available.Makes the claim they have special art fest cups for 2.99 and beyond meat replacement for burgers.
Not the Miami Subs I grew up on. The steak and cheese was bland. The crunchy wings were okay with the sweet chili sauce but had too much breading. Overall the fries were the best part of the meal. Miami Subs is a staple in the community, if you know than you know. They are always open when most other places are closed. Food is pretty much consistent, I love the wingettes and gyro. Service is speedy and the staff is always polite and accommodating. Best place to go for late night cravings.
