We usually go on a week day & always great service but we just went on a Saturday, as they opened, the place was packed to full potential & they had a baby shower going on in the back area. They service was still exceptional & pretty quick. Love, love, love their menu & food.
First time I went to Miyako it was amazing, this time not so much, I drive 45 minutes to get there for a to go order, once I left I realized only half my order was right, I received half of someone else’s order, I called to inform them, she in fact agreed that I got someone else’s order BUT that I also received my order, if that was the case I wouldn’t have complained a bit, but what we are not going to do is say I received something that I in fact did not, she then proceeded to get rude with me and said “well what do you want, a credit or something” no ma’am this isn’t about money, it’s about me letting y’all know a mistake was made. 45 mins out of my way and 80.00 later to only have two of my rolls correct is insane.

Love eating here. The sushi is great. We eat here every month or so. They do get crowded so try to hit non peak hours for faster seating.

The food was great. The speed of getting the food out was pretty slow but it was a crowded night. Also the food came out as they made it so everything was fresh but we had people eating and others waiting at same time.

I’ve been coming here often for 4 years & have always had a good experience/ great fresh sushi.But today’s experience was bad.I ordered the same sushi rolls I always do. The rolls came out stuffed with extra thick hard/dry rice. I had to disassemble the rolls to make them edible. When I told my waitress she quickly said, “It’s supposed to come out that way!” Super awkward.Guess it’s time to start exploring different sushi restaurants.

Disappointed with my to go order. Ordered and paid for a sweet chili crab roll. Seems that they made a crab crunch roll instead. Still giving 3 stars because the rest of the order was correct. Would not recommending ordering takeout.

Going there for food. It's great, no questions. Waitresses are helpful and friendly, but take a while to get your order if the lace is packed. We'll expected.Time to update and clean up the nterior before you start losing customers.

Went Saturday night at 6 o’clock. Put on the list for eight people. I was told it will be a 30 minute wait. After an hour of waiting, we went inside to see if our table was ready, and they told us maybe another 30 minute to an hour. Wait. I don’t know who the manager is but obviously they’re not managing this place right.
