I really wanted my first experience at Moes a good one. I had my orders ready to give, I was very clear and the guy was very courteous and asked questions to confirm. However, sadly, it was anything but good. When I got home 60% of my chips were broken because the cheese and the giant burrito were on top. Speaking of giant burrito. Omg. One bag was wet were all the juices had leaked out and the burrito had come undone because the foil wasn’t even completely around the burrito so when I took it out I lost a third of the burrito on the floor. Yay. I had asked them to label the homewrecker burrito and they did put a sticker on the foil, but surprise surprise, the sticker came off so guess who gets to dig through the other two to try to guess what they were and I still got it wrong. So I spent 15 minutes with an exploded burrito taking out black beans (I detest them) from a burrito that I didn’t even order. (It was my sons). The foil in the picture is where I had to rewrap the burrito and actually wrap it in foil just to get it to a plate. The only saving grace was the staff…they had been slammed all day and I came in a little after 8. The place was clean and my burrito maker was genuinely professional and courteous. The food was tasty though. The chips actually were tough enough to withstand the cheese (they were a little stale, but again it was just before closing so I’m not like MAD mad). I might try it again, might not, but I might just get a bowl and make them label it with a pen. My husband was so bummed because he convinced me to come to Moe’s, and to have the quality be so 51/50 it just makes me kinda wonder, so I don’t know.

Wouldn’t recommend. We’ve been 4 times since moving closer to this location. The rice has been hard and crunchy every single time. I’ve gotten brown guac on my burrito twice. And then last night was the last time we will go back. We didn’t get our salsa(should have been atleast 4), didn’t get the sauce on the side we requested, my son’s ONLY CHEESE quesadilla was covered in pico de gallo. So of course he would touch it. The meat in my burrito was cold, the rice was crunchy… the list goes on. Life is too expensive right now to be wasting your money on a restaurant that doesn’t take pride in what they serve. Go to the one on the Westside and save yourself from being disappointed.

Greeted right when we walked in. E & Dominique were friendly and patient with my kiddos ordering. Dylan was keeping the dining room clean. Owner/manager was present and very friendly as well. I am very pleased with how kind everyone was and how clean it was. Food was fresh and great too.

After leaving a Moe's in a different town from a bad experience, we came here because this one never let's us down.
This is a shout out to the manager, Kierra.
We were greeted and asked if we'd be getting steak. We said yes. Kierra told us that they'd changed the cut of steak and the recipe, and that she was making more but it was almost done. We said that's fine we'll wait and she offered us drink cups while we waited.
She told us the steak was done and so we came over and started to make our food. She made sure everything was just how we wanted it and gave my wife a birria taco to try since she was curious.
Kierra was also training a new hire and helped her while making our food and the next party's food.
The store was clean and stocked. Bathrooms were fine when my wife went to use it. This is always my go-to Moe's. We were not in Spartanburg when we wanted Moe's, but drove out here because we knew we'd have a better experience.

Went in with my family today and am firs told they have no kid bowls only burritos or tacos or quesadillas. I then asked for the Moe meat Moe cheese burrito and the guy gave me a single scoop or steak when the description says a double portion. When I mentioned it he told me that he’s trained to only give one scoop. It’s a $15 burrito because of the double steak portion.
Then finally gets the food and sit down and the steak is dry as Arizona during a drought and the taste of everything is horrible. For a family of 4, we spent $55 on lunch and we will never come back. If I could dispute the charge, I would.

Put in a to go order on the app, picked up my meal, got home and opened the taco, the taco was basically empty. It was a specialty taco and had listed ingredients however the only ingredients in this taco was meat and cheese. And it wasn’t even a full amount of meat/cheese.

This place is sooo good & amazing! The food is fantastic! In my opinion Moes is better than chipotle! They give you more food, the price is cheaper and their customer service is so nice. If you don’t like moes what are you doing!? You’re not ordering the right ingredients lol make sure you always get a bowl with queso & the southwest vinaigrette with the chips or Doritos to step it up a notch. lol yummyyy! Moes is worth every penny ?
