This is one of my favorite locations to dine in spartanburg. The food is always amazing and the service couldn't be better.
Decor is colorful, with retro touches and local charm
Have lived in the Eastside for 5 years. Finally made it here and it was amazing!
Awesome food, service, and atmosphere. First time visitor, We will be back eventhogh we drive from Greenville.
The food is so good, it also got there VERY fast!
my waiter was very attentive and sweet!! I wish i knew her name to mention her, they also gave us the best seats in the bar so we can watch the crepes
I have been a patron of Mon Ami for many years and have never had a bad experience there until today. Four ladies went to have brunch , we went at 10 o’clock when it was an off time because we know that the lunch rush would be coming up and we had just missed the breakfast rush, my friend got a phone call, very upsetting phone call and she didn’t realize that when she went outside to take the call She sat in the hostesses’s chair. The hostess then proceeded to come out there and tell her that she had to move that she is in the hostesses spot and she needs to get up. And my friend tells her I didn’t know this was your chair. It was her first time there and she didn’t know, and the lady proceeded to say well you’ve been sitting in there an hour and a half. You should’ve seen me sitting in this chair. My friend was understandably upset one from the phone call that she had just received and two from the rudeness of the hostess, who is also the manager. I went to speak to the manager, and she had the nerve to tell me that we had been there too long and that our coffee was cold, (which we had to send back twice because it came out cold, ) but she had the audacity to tell me that it was cold because we had to put too much creamer in it , when we told our server that we would like a lot of cream and a lot of Splenda… for a manager to critique how much cream you use and your coffee was cold because we put too much creamer in it was very unprofessional! I don’t care how much cream we put in it, we paid for it we asked for it. It’s not our fault that the coffee came out cold, but she was trying to cover herself when I called her on being so rude to my friend. I told her you don’t know what kind of call she had. She just had a catastrophic event happened in her family and she got a phone call about it and there was no one in line waiting for a table. They were tables available so who cares how long we sat there. As someone who has been to that restaurant in the last 10 years at least two times a month I will never go back. It is the first time that I have ever had a horrible experience and that manager needs a lesson and how to treat customers, she could’ve handled it professionally, and she could’ve handled it much more sweetly than she did. She had no idea what was going on. All she was concerned about is putting her butt in that chair, and if there had been a line out there, she wouldn’t have been wandering around the restaurant. She would’ve been out there in that chair, seating people, but there was no one to seat. I don’t know if the gray haired stocky lady that is the manager has anything to do with the ownership and I don’t know who actually sees these post, but someone needs to have a conversation with her about learning grace and learning how to treat customers because between the four of us we spent over $150 And it wasn’t worth it and for her to call us on asking for cream and sugar for coffee that was cold not once, but twice was really really poor taste. So no, I would not recommend Mon Ami to anyone and I will never ever spend another dime in there. There are plenty of other restaurants that you can go to that treat you as if you are important and that you matter, we came all the way from Greenville just to come to Mon Ami… for my two friends it was their first time for me and the other lady that was with us, We always come there when we want to to have crêpes, but it’ll be our last time. Very, very disappointed and very poor customer service…. Very unprofessional because the waitress staff had to go back to the manager and tell them that we had asked for extra cream more than once, if they brought us what we asked for the first time and the coffee had been hot we wouldn’t of had to ask them twice, but they brought us out coffee two times that was cold as ice and she had the nerve to tell me it’s because we put too much creamer in it… which is not the facts, it was cold when it got there, mine I had only put Splenda and it had not any cream in it because there wasn’t any left and we had to ask for more…so it was
Best Brunch, Fine Dining, Great Service!!
This is a great spot to grab breakfast. We sat at the crepe bar and got to watch the chefs make the crepes. The food is delicious and the service is great.

Awesome breakfast and lunch Crepes, made in a center viewing crepe bar. A fun place to sit - right at the crepe bar. Great place to take guests out of town. Expect a wait for a table - especially if more than 4 people.
