Great place for any food lover. Good quality food. You place your order at a counter and they bring it to you so not much service beyond that but they are attentive. Solid choice for good food.

We arrived at 2:45 pm 15 minutes before closing time, 10 minutes we stood outside and waited for them to at least open the door, at 2:55 we entered the establishment and we were safely told that the cook had gone on break. They shut the place down in 15 minutes. Awesome, thank you!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience was the worst I’ve ever encountered, all due to the appalling behaviour of the owner. From the moment we walked in, he was dismissive and disrespectful, making the entire experience uncomfortable. It felt as though he had no interest in serving us, and his attitude was rude and condescending throughout.

Unfortunately, our visit to Monsoon Noodle House was disappointing from start to finish due to the behaviour of the server who claimed to be the owner. From the moment we walked in, we felt an unwelcoming attitude. The interaction remained unprofessional and disrespectful throughout our time there — from ordering our food to leaving.
When I politely mentioned at the end that if they didn’t want us to come back, they should let us know, the owner responded rudely with “We don’t need you; don’t come back.”
It’s disappointing to see such disregard for customers. There are plenty of other places where respect and customer service are valued.

Very poor service. Waiter brought food out to us and that was it. Did not offer a refill on my tea. Had to go back inside to ask for soy sauce and take home container. Had general chicken and it was luke warm. Waiter never asked how our food was.

If you don't know Phil, give him a shout out. The guy knows noodles, had the lo mein noodle soup. Prepare for a meal and then some. Loaded with veggies and meat, did I mention noodles.

I’ve been here several times & it has always just been “okay”. My typical ramen place was closed so I wanted to try Monsoon again. I called to place my order. The staff was very kind and helped me make my selection. I ordered the “Tom Yam noodle bowl”. My chicken was left out of my bowl & the noodles have a fishy taste (this is not a seafood bowl). I did call & they said they would put my name down for next time but I’m not sure I’ll be back after this. Good money lost I suppose & a lesson learned.

My favorite is the Taro bubble tea.
We did not realize the time when showing up one afternoon and got there with 5 mins to spare before closing. The staff was still so nice and served us quickly with a to go order.
