They did not take our orders. They apparently were not capable of taking orders for a group of maybe 25 ladies. The ladies had to order at the cash register and then sit down. The food was brought out. Other customers orders were taken and served. Not a place for a group and expect service

Monsoon Noodle House is hands down one of the best spots in downtown Spartanburg for amazing Asian cuisine! The pho is rich, flavorful, and comforting, perfect every time. And the pad Thai? Absolutely incredible with the perfect balance of flavor and spice. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s always consistently delicious. The service is SUPER fast, the staff is friendly, and the food is always fresh and hot. Whether you’re dining in or taking out, Monsoon never disappoints. Easily one of my go-to spots in the area!

What in the World is going on
Our friends took us here on our visit to Spartanburg. This is their favorite place to dine. Our experience was great! The food was very tasty, and we throughly enjoyed every bite. The Pho soup was the BEST soup so far that I've ever tasted! We met the owner, he was very down to earth, such a pleasure. I had to shake his hand upon leaving. The customer service was exceptional, the quickness of receiving our food, along with it being hot like we like it. We definitely will be back again. Also, the place was very clean & the cost was great. We truly enjoyed ourselves.
I love this place. I've had the pho, the Ramen, and a couple of other things and everything is always great and comes out fast. The thai tea is amazing.

Let me tell you about the past few times we have been here.
A few months ago we went and the server brought out rice for our two year old then realized it went with another order and took it back after he had already took a bite and served it to another guest.
This week the server took the food to the wrong table and served the food the person had already put his fork in to our two year old. We told him to please get us a new one. They then semi replated it and brought it back out. The same dish. It was all cold so we knew it wasn’t new.
Just remember when you eat here that the rice you are eating may be someone else’s left over rice or from someone else’s table.

First-time customer who loves Vietnamese food. Monsoon Noodle didn't disappoint. Warm and clean atmosphere with fast service. You can enjoy inside and outside table dining. You enter. Check the menu on the wall order then take your table. You may want to read their menu before visiting them to speed entry. PHO soup was excellent, my partner enjoyed the Satay chicken and vegetable spring rolls. They also have a full bar. Enjoy Asian then make this a must in a relaxing , fun setting.
