They did not take our orders. They apparently were not capable of taking orders for a group of maybe 25 ladies. The ladies had to order at the cash register and then sit down. The food was brought out. Other customers orders were taken and served. Not a place for a group and expect service

Monsoon Noodle House is hands down one of the best spots in downtown Spartanburg for amazing Asian cuisine! The pho is rich, flavorful, and comforting, perfect every time. And the pad Thai? Absolutely incredible with the perfect balance of flavor and spice. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s always consistently delicious. The service is SUPER fast, the staff is friendly, and the food is always fresh and hot. Whether you’re dining in or taking out, Monsoon never disappoints....
