We have been to this location before and had excellent service and food quality. This time we took our order to-go. When we arrived at home our bacon was raw and tiny, like something you'd get at a school cafeteria. Someone needs to train the cook.

did an online order and the coupon code was not applied , call store to be told by manger there is nothing she could do about it , they don't control the app. was very nasty and was told i did not need her last name , also the owner Dave was contacted and was extremely rude and said i got what I paid for ! very unprofessional staff was not wearing gloves or hair nets. and the Manger Tiffany could barley read.

Delicious, drip down your arm, juicy, handmade, fresh burgers! Crispy tater tots are yummy too! Service was excellent! Highly recommended!

First time. Decided to go here based on the reviews over the “other place” that was on tv….Beacon Our burgers were fresh and very very good. Onion rings were great. When I got done with those two things, I literally almost had ZERO grease on my plate. Well done I say. Good food.

This was our first time to Wayback Burgers. The young lady taking our order was extremely helpful in explaining the choices and what was available to put on the burger. My wife and I ordered the classic and it was excellent. My wife had the home made chips and they were fresh out of the fryer. Excellent chips, however, they become less tasty after about 4 minutes. I ordered the French fries and they were very good. Like most fries though, they become less tasty after 7 minutes. We both had the lemonade which the worker had to pour since it was behind the counter. The lemonade was very tart which was both good and bad. Good in the fact that it wasn't "drowned" in sugar, yet bad because it was so tart. I would have given Wayback Burgers 5 stars if the lemonade had been better. I would highly recommend this place for a great burger & fries meal.

Stopped here on our drive back home. Very new or just very clean. Fast food. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Someone was ordering at the counter so a gentleman answered our questions and took our order. We got a double burger and I shouldn't have ordered a side but I did. The burger was hot and juicy and fixed just how I ordered it. We also got onion rings and tater tots. Large portions. We'd go back if in the area.

We were travelling to Asheville and stopped in Spartanburg to eat on our way. We wanted to stop somewhere different, so we stopped at Wayback Burgers. The staff were great and the food was even better. I had a cheesy burger, which was delicious. So glad we stopped here. It was really good!
