⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Phenomenal! I had the pleasure of dining at OAK 1831 Kitchen & Bar, and I was beyond impressed with both the food quality and the overall experience. Every dish was prepared to perfection—flawlessly executed, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. A huge hats off to Chef Erica for crafting such an incredible menu and delivering outstanding flavors. The attention to detail in both taste and presentation truly stood out. Our server, Joseph, was exceptional, providing top-tier service with attentiveness and professionalism that made the evening even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was inviting, and the whole dining experience exceeded my expectations. Another big plus—plenty of parking, which made the visit even more convenient! If you’re looking for a restaurant that delivers high-quality food, excellent service, and a memorable dining experience, Oak 1831 is the place to be. I will definitely be back!

I don’t do this very often but when the service is like this I have to say something! The Bartender Don is absolutely fantastic!! He asked me what I was feeling and made me one of his signature cocktail creations. One of the best mixed drinks I’ve had in a while. He was very friendly and bubbly and the whole reason I will be returning! Thanks again Don!

Omg I went here with my husband for the first time and it was a 10/10!!! We are out here vacationing and I heard this spot was great. Whoever made the Smash burger and the Caprese salad, it was just ???.The place lives up to their reputation. I would also like to mention the host there named Don, was quite impressive. He made us feel right as home from the moment we walked in the door. I would also like to add that Shelby was our server and she did a fabulous job. Will come back again for sure!

Oak 1831 is the BEST spot in town for a weeknight bite of fine dining. The staff is so hospitable with the upmost care. Don, the host, made us feel right at home after a long day of travel. The Ribeye was IMMACULATE. Shelby went out of her way to make sure our needs were met. Will be here next time I'm in town. Thanks again!

This is a hidden gem of a restaurant in the 4 Points Hotel. I recently had dinner there and the hanger steak and fries were excellent. I have also eaten there for breakfast many times. Lauren and her wait staff are incredibly friendly. Highly recommend!

Dinner started off ok. Our party had 6 and one other group had 4. The waitress was nice made sure out water was always full however she was slow when it came to getting our checks. But back to dinner lettuce wraps were good, Bologna slider also decent. However no one main entree was worth the price. Cold Brussel sprouts, raw chicken thighs, soggy flat waffles, the desserts were even worst. Then banana pudding was so think you could drink it though a straw. No bananas were found and it was poor presentation. Bread pudding was 4 tiny little squares that were dry. Over priced slow service. Will not go back

We enjoyed the food and drinks from the foyer bar location. It seems like a welcoming gathering hole without the stuffiness of a sit down (of course, that’s right around the corner if you’re looking for a formal atmosphere or conducting a meeting). Their food is delicious and worth stopping by even if you’re not there to stay!

Parking: Great parking options with a drive thru/valet at the front.

Wheelchair accessibility: ADA friendly with wide walkways and easy access all around.

The food was excellent, but I think the best thing about this restaurant is the waitress Paola.
She was great, she would listen to you. Wouldn't interrupt you, she would talk to you and you could tell her stories and she would sit there and listen, intently, I think you've got a gym with her. She is great, so do everything you can do to keep her. The whole staff here has been great from the girls at the front counter. Have just been wonderful to your bartender, lady. I don't know her name. She's got blonde hair, just wonderful. Everybody another guy that filled in for her last night was good. That's a trainee in the restaurant. Ah, just everybody that I talk to has just been so nice willing to do whatever they need to too. Make sure that the mustai was great. And I thank you for that

Came a second time and still not worth the hype. Menu lacks alot of info, no drinks are listed and they bring you tap water instantly. Had the Benedict’s and was extremely flavorless and cold

What a wonderful meal. Everything was top quality and freshly prepared. We enjoyed our meal at the very busy bar where Melissa took excellent care of us. Our thanks to the chef for some great food and to Melissa for being so attentive to all.

The TLDR is that it’s overpriced. It isn’t fine dining, neither on a food or service level, but priced as though it is attempting to be.

I dropped $75 on a meal for One - when factoring in soda, appetizer, entree, dessert. There are too many other options in the surrounding area, than to justify paying $26 for a shrimp and grits entree, as an example.

I do want to emphasize - my short rib entree was Good, I would say above average even. Everything should be Exceptional at these prices though, and that simply wasn’t the case. The charcuterie selection was so-so at $22, but tasty enough. The banana pudding was a let down, not sure what they were going for, but I wouldn’t eat it again - and I love banana pudding.

Overall, I left with mixed feelings - on one hand, I loved the menu, but felt the execution could have been better and the selections priced more reasonably. I have a feeling that others have come to the same conclusion based on the completely empty dining room that I sat in, at what should have been near peak dining on a Friday at 6:30pm.
