I had to come here an immediately post what an amazing experience I had. My server Mason P. Was probably the best server I’ve ever had at an establishment ever. Super nice and super attentive. But I can’t just give him props, every one I saw working was so nice and attentive, heck like 5 employees said hellos welcome in right as I walked in the door. Cudos to this Olive Garden and the management! Keep up the good work it was an amazing dining experience!!

Initially quoted 70 min wait. Was seated in about 30. Restaurant was super busy. Server was attentive despite the fact. Food was delicious, as always. One of favorite places to dine.

We had a great evening! We came in later and sat at the bar and had the most amazing service from Alexya J! She was so attentive and caring and the best we have had in a while! Definitely will be back!

On December 18th. My husband and I wanted to celebrate our 26th Anniversary so we decided to order online and have it delivered. After waiting for about an hour I got a text saying my order had been cancelled. I spoke with the manager and she said they would reverse the charges back to my card and for my inconvenience she would email me a gift card. I never got the gift card or my 55 dollars back. When I called a second time she assured me my card has not been charged and I assured her that it was charged because 55 dollars was gone. The third time I called they are now blaming Uber eats because they deliver for Olive garden. I didn't get our dinner or my money back. If you order online to have your food delivered be careful.

I placed my order for a curbside pickup to ready at 8:15, which it was. I arrived home which is about 4 minutes from the restaurant and my food was ice cold. Definitely annoyed any disappointed. Do better Olive Garden!!!

Today my husband and I stopped in Spartanburg for lunch at Olive Garden
Salad came out and this was the lump of lettuce in our bowl also came without plates or tongs I had to ask for those. Water without straws then Came out the soup (this is 12 noon) cold and very thick looks like yesterdays leftovers then was overcharged.we also ordered couple to go dishes never remembered although he wrote it down at the same time we place our lunch order, we had to ask for a bag couple times before we got it. They were not busy. We sat in the middle dining section and there were 5 table occupied out of the 25 tables in the area where we sat. You can tell the young man serving us was not trained and just thrown to the wolves to work the tables and there were 3 male serves in this section for 5 tables. There were gnats flying around as well and the worst part I just bought $225 worth of gift cards for their group of restaurants

The food is consistent. The portions are getting smaller but I could never eat the whole bowl anyway. Haven't had a bad server here ever.

i can’t remember the name of our server, but he was so sweet and so good at his job. he was tentative, kind, patient and funny. he did some magic tricks which impressed my whole family including my 11 month old nephew. lovely experience and lovely server. thank you! :)
