Update: had the blooming Burger, very good and comes with the aussie sauce. Good job guys. Great lunch, the Bloomin Chicken was cooked well, juicy and not over done. The wait staff was awesome also, never went without a drink. Bravo guys.

Trying to order the prime rib alittle after 4 pm on Saturday afternoon the App. Let me put in a order when to pay out of stock of MR so I changed to R then that was was out of stock M out of stock changed to ribeye. We want prime rib no more that Medium.

Got lunch with work today,picked up the order which looked all good then as I was dropping food off at work, they called due to not putting the chicken on the salad as ordered. So I had to turn around and drive back and wait another 15 mins on the chicken to be cooked all while my food is now cold and something I won't even eat at this point and when asked for a piece of cheesecake or desert for the major inconvenience on top of the incorrect order the driving back & a completely ruined lunch for me since its nown45 mins old, I got turned down for a piece of cake bc they did an 8 oz chicken instead of a 5 oz !!! Totally unacceptable as not 1 time did anyone mention sorry about that or anything at all.
Def spread the word dont waste your time here!!!

My family and I came to Outback Steakhouse after shopping at the mall. I am being completely honest when I say we are never the type to complain about food service because that is not how we conduct ourselves BUT the host is the first impression when welcoming people into a restaurant. Shayla was a rude host from the time we spoke to her on the phone until we left the building. When calling to reserve one person told us that we could reserve at 8:15 pm once she got on the phone she caught an attitude about it, not sure if she really reserved us anyhow because when we got there at 8:15 we were not seated until 8:35-8:40 which was not the issue. The issue at hand was we had a party of 9 and we were sat at a table for a party of 6 which is not the issue at hand! When my mother asked her could we be moved to a bigger table she replied back with attitude again “they are all dirty” when it was the 2 host job to help the manager clean the tables off. When my mom asked for her name to give to the manager that is when she tried to proceed to clean the other tables off. We understand business and how it can get busy but it is not what you say it is how you say it. Thank you to the manager, Malaysia, Owen, the other host, and especially our server Laura who had excellent hospitality!! Needless to say, some people really just don’t need to be host if they cannot control their temper.

I had recently not gotten good service here.But today there was a different crew. The service was great and the food was hot and ready when they said it would. Can’t wait to go again.
