My Mom & I visited Outback in Spartanburg a few weeks ago. The food and service was good. My concern was when paying the bill they rounded off the bill from $23.12 to $24.00. We were told by the waitress they had no coins. I gave the wattress .12 and she gave me a dollar back. This is not acceptable! I received a response but the main unsatisfactory issue as you can see wasn’t even addressed!

Our experience today was excellent. Our server Hope was outstanding. She was such a pleasure. She was very helpful and kept our tea filled at all times. Our food was perfect. Today's experience is the reason we keep coming back here. Thank you Hope and Outback for a delightful meal.

Went here for my birthday dinner a few days ago.. I had made a reservation a few days prior.. there were plenty of open tables and still waited over 40 minutes to be seated. Hostess kept telling me and my friends we would be seated next but I counted at least 5 or 6 different groups of people who came in after us and were seated immediately. She was also rude. I feel like we were being neglected. But our server was amazing and the food was really good thankfully
