Panda Express

Went thru the drive thru to order food customer service was horrible just handed the food out the window the kid was sweet but the other girl was sitting there doing nothing and we asked for sauce and we are sitting here waiting for sauce that they was supposed to give she got mad and walked away after we asked.

The food was average but the service was phenomenal. The workers were very cordial and worked quickly. There was just a generally positive atmosphere.

BE careful of what meats you order. It cost more for certain ones and it doesn't say it on the menu board. We learned the hard way. Food is really good though

Usually, when I come here for a plate, I get the 2 entrees 1 side. They would put a small portion of a meat in one space, another small portion of the other meat in the other space, and then my side in the middle. You know, like normally.

Today was different. First off, no one acknowledged me when it was my turn in line. The employee that made my plate did my noodles side fine, but then just plopped a bunch of broccoli beef onto my plate, and then for some reason was about to put my grilled teriyaki into a box until I told her they usually put it on the plate in the other space, so she lazily put the teriyaki on top of the pile of broccoli beef. Like, WTH? The girl didn’t even look like she wanted to do her job, either. She just looked at me with an attitude and at one point, I swear I could’ve seen her roll her eyes. I had to fix my plate to look more normal when I got in the car, and it looks like the picture you see. You can see how there’s more broccoli beef than teriyaki.

Just unbelievable. I love coming to this Panda Express sometimes, but man, today was a disappointment. I’m not coming back for a while if they want to treat customers like this.

Took 50 minutes to get my order ready

Fast food Chinese. Order from cooked foods under hood. Specialty is orange chicken. Staff was kind. Food could be a little hotter.
Ladies bathroom was out of paper towels.

Service was so bad. No greeting when you walk in the door. Employees too focus servicing the people in the drive thru rather the customer walking in. The manager on site for some odd reason decides to have a meeting with one of the employee while more people walking in. Like management did not try to jump in and help with people come in. Chow mein had no flavor ,but the honey sesame chicken was yum. Will I come back ? No I am good.

Placed an order on doordash over an hour ago, my dasher has been sitting there for 45 mins. Watching yall get the walk in orders out. Just wanted to have a nice dinner with the family for Christmas eve. Yall are wasting people's time. I can't make up for the money my dasher lost waiting on the food, they had to cancel which goes against their ratings. No excuse. Terrible service by employees.

Don’t order online from DoorDash not only does my driver have to loose out on money and drop the order because she loosing money waiting for over an hour and I still don’t have my food

I would advise a corporate visit honestly this panda sucks

This Panda is always clean, food is always fresh and the atmosphere is wonderful. The Super Greens are tasty and the spring rolls are some of my favorites. There are some tasty drink options as well. I didn’t know you could make lemonade so many ways. Next time life throws you lemons, take a trip over and turn it into lemonade. You may even get a word through a cookie.

The food was old and dried out. We couldn’t even eat it. It is like buffet that they get your order from. It is old and dried out tasting. We will never go back!

The girl (Audrey) who took our order was very sweet and professional. Was even able to convince my sister to try out their refreshers lol. But she definitely made the experience worth coming here.
