Went there this evening. Ordered my food through the drive-thru. Totally wrong food. The rice was super crunchy and the noodles were super crunchy. Not all the way cooked. Very disappointed
If they do something about their "dry" noodles they'd get a better rating. Staff is always nice.Parking: Small lot. An RV or big truck won't fit here. Other parking fairly near though.
They Got Good food and A lot Of Good people as well. Me and mom will definitely Come Back here next

If you are a dasher, they are super slow with getting the order to you. 20 mins and I got the order, it wasn’t one that obviously could be scooped from the food line it had to be cooked. Not sure if they ran out or what but it sucks I should’ve unassigned when the dasher app offered because i had a previous order I picked up from somewhere else making it a double delivery that had to wait for me to deliver to them longer than need be due to the second restaurant (Panda Express) negligence. A low rating was given to me about delivering this order from Panda Express late due to the restaurant not having it made in a reasonable amount of time. Dashers beware. Luckily for me my last order for the night replaced the negative mark bringing me back to original percentage before this mess regarding me delivering in a timely manner since ya know I don’t normally have to wait an extreme amount of time for premade Chinese..

This was the first time I have been to a Panda Express and I will say, it was very good. The service that J'Maya gave was outstanding. She was very patient with me while I asked her questions about the menu, best options, etc. She definitely made the experience great! Thank you J'Maya!!!

I used to love the panda on the westside. Their food was always amazing. This place had no loe mein and no sesame chicken. So what they gave me was chow mein n honey chicken. It was cold, nasty and ill never go back there. I wasted money there.
I’m a big fan of Panda Express and have been to several across the country. Having recently moved here, I’ve been incredibly happy with the one in Spartanburg. The food has always been great tasting and the service is excellent. This last visit we were helped by both Bethany and Alexis. They were very kind and helpful, especially when our food took a little longer than anticipated. I really like the food here and the people working here are just as good.

Just wanted to say that Jamiyah (sorry if I mispelled your name lol) was amazing at the drive thru window. Most customer service workers don’t understand that good customer service goes a very long way & customers will always come back if treated right. I had came and purchased honey chicken with honey walnut shrimp yesterday and the honey chicken was old and they only gave me 4 pieces of chicken and shrimp. The manager said I could come back and she’d give me a small amount of chicken for the replacement even though I spent $15. I came back today and jamiyah was so amazing she made sure everything was fresh and tooken care of thanks Jamiyah you are greatly appreciated for your service and kindness. I’ll keep doing business with Panda Express all because of you lol. Y’all keep this woman working here and give her a pay raise!!! ?
