Went to the drive through Sunday around 2 pm and wanted to place my order and was told “ I will be with you in a min.” After several min I said Hello and was told “I will let you know when I am ready!’” I left the drive though and didn’t order. I have been a customer for years and have never had an experience like this before

The staff is beyond rude. Can't ask a simple question without the answer being hostile, not only that but they are rude if you show up an hour before closing.. overall very negative environment.

Panera used to be a place with good customer service, food, and a good vibe to do some work on the laptop. Now it's impersonal, the food is not worth the price, and the dining room is always dirty or something. They close at 7pm and already putting tables on chairs and using a loud vacuum when they don't close for another 2 hours. That never would've been allowed back in the day.

Did not fulfill my order in the drive through. Missed an entire sandwich and 50% of the total price of my order. No utensils. Bread that came with my order was dry and no longer than my thumb. The soup also did not have the holder it typically comes with and the lid was loose which caused soup to spill in the bag. Very disappointed.

Literally waited 25 minutes for one item. One singular item. It’s crazy because thankfully I have an hour lunch break and not 30 some of us people still work on holidays or go to school on holidays. Shouldn’t ever be this long for one item. I’ve worked fast food singular items only usually get pushed to front to be getting out of there quicker.
