Panera Bread is my favorite restaurant! But if I had the chance, I wouldn't come back here because of how uncomfortable it is due to the dirt on the floors and tables. It's not just bread crumbs, it's really disgusting. This shows me the true attitude of the management towards us, their regular customers.

I really enjoy the cuisine and the food, but unfortunately the cleanliness needs improvement. The tables often have crumbs on them, and the floor is not clean. I believe better cleaning would greatly improve the overall experience.

A bad manager creates bad service. The manager had a very poor attitude. My wife politely asked about pet-friendly service, and she responded rudely and abruptly with a ‘no.’ We were seated at an outdoor table, and later she came over to take pictures, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable.
We usually love Panera, but this kind of leadership ruins the experience. Very disappointing. Horrible manager.

I have hesitated to make this comment because I have enjoyed Panera in the past...however, over the past 6 months to a year I have experienced a rapid decline in the quality of service in Panera in general. As an example: I ordered a salad, a sandwich, a soup and a bagel with cream cheese. I waited at the window, as it is easier than trying to hear my name called. The soup was placed on the counter first. 3.5 min later the salad was presented for pickup. My name was called out and I let them know I was present. I waited another 3 min and had to remind them that there was also a sandwich on this order. Another 4 min later the sandwich was presented. I again had to remind them that they were missing the bagel. 2 m later the placed my bagel on a plate and walked away.....I stopped the server and reminded them of the missing cream cheese. All in all. ...crappy service. My soup was less than hot, the sandwich was cooling and I felt as though I should be paid a salary for doing most of their work for them. I like Panera, but I feel I need to find somewhere else to spend my money in the future.

Waiter refused to give my change for my order. Rushed my food out the window and slammed it shut. Finally got someone to window to give my change, and when I open my Harvest chicken salad there's no chicken. Deeply disappointed with the service here, it has gone downhill drastically in the past year.

Panera Bread on Blackstock ruined my lunch! I got all the way back to work only to realize my salad was dry! I had no utensils! or any extras I added in my order! I mean how hard is it to double check the order before bagging and sealing them? I called to speak to the manager, and she was very unbothered saying I could simply come back for the items. Ma'am, do you not know how a lunch break works? I had to be back on the clock! I'm very displeased and won't be back! I should have chosen to go to the other restaurant my coworkers chose!

Hair in my sandwich again after numerous occasions. The management argue with customers repeatedly and is very rude.
This is the worst location ever. They have a sign up asking people to go through drive through but allow certain people to dine inside. The manager was very rude. I asked why does she want me to go through drive thru and I am getting my food to go. Was it because I am black!!!!!. Never again

Drive thru , not a long wait time. Friendly, great broccoli cheddar soup and grilled cheese with a drink. Delicious, a little high $21,but I guess because I got a bowl instead of a cup and whole sandwich instead of half. I don't mind paying that amount if the food was delicious and it was!!!
