Given this place 2 chances. Food is decent but the first time I went (may 9th) my pizza was missing several of the toppings I paid for. Went back the next day to let the manager know. An employee who I assumed to be the manager (because I asked to speak to one) couldn’t figure out how to get me a refund so I was totally fine with a gift card. (This was the 2nd week in May). Yesterday, my family and I went to pi-Squared for my birthday. I have been eating healthy but wanted pizza so bad! 😂 The entire staff was so nice. They went above and beyond. They gave me a chocolate chip pizza, wrote Happy Birthday in icing and even came to our table to sing. It was so sweet! We 🖤 Pi Squared! & always have (I can’t believe I haven’t left a review!). Anyways— today made it extra special. My oldest was biting into her pizza & whimpered. I looked over and blood was covering her mouth. Her loose tooth cracked looser on the crust! We got it out and the employees brought her custard and a little cup and lid to put her tooth in for the tooth fairy. 🦷🧚🏻♀️🍕
