Detroit-style pizza, in a Detroit themed atmosphere. Cool vibes from the old mill conversion, compete with pond. You can even feed the fish. Best gluten-free crusts around, including with cauliflower and without. Lots of topping choices. I like The Supremes.

My family and I went for the first time today. We thought that the location and all was pretty cool with the fish and all. First off the menu prices are not listed on the paper copies that are slung all over the counter, although if you stand there long enough you will see the pizza menu with prices on the TV screens displayed at the counter. Those prices are wrong. So pretty much I feel like they charge you what they want! Don't get me wrong I understand with today's times some prices have to go up, but you need to make sure all you menus are changed as well. They did not bring plates to the table we had to get up and ask for them. My wife also found something that looked liked roast beef under the cheese which look nasty, we are really not sure what it was. Oh well we came we saw and we won't be back at all!

I visited the Drayton Mills location and had a great experience. The pizza was phenomenal and our waitress Crystal was friendly and attentive. Definitely coming back and recommend to everyone.

Best pizza in Spartanburg. Love their kooky combinations and their salads are the best!! Ice cream after hits the spot. And feeding the giant coy while eating outside ties or all together. Love this place!!

I have given this place 2 chances. Food is decent !ut the First time I went my pizza was missing several of the toppings I paid for. Went back the next day to let the manager know. An employee who I assumed to be the manager (because I asked to speak to one) couldn’t figure out how to get me a refund so I was totally fine with a gift card. (This was the 2nd week in May). I went back this past Friday night and placed an order and tried to use the gift card only to be told that it had never been loaded. I told the person who turned out to be the actual manager about how I got the gift card. Tried to describe the employee as best as I could from memory as this employee was not a manager. She took my info said she would check to see who issued the gift card and resolve the issue, and was nice enough to let me have my order for free. Funny enough this order was also missing 2 of the 3 toppings I asked for. I came back the next afternoon when the manager told me too. I got there and she wasn’t a friendly as the night before. She told me that she talked to everyone who would have been working that morning that I was given the gift card and that none of the employees remembered doing it and that there wasn’t anything she could do. She said I should have gotten this employee’s information when I was given the gift card. She basically brushed me off even when I told her my order wasn’t correct from the night before (when she was working). It seemed like I was inconveniencing her day (despite the restaurant not being busy at all).
Very disappointed in how the situation was handled, and they have lost me as a customer. They can’t seem to get orders correct, and when mistakes are made they don’t even try to make them right by the customer.

Given this place 2 chances. Food is decent but the first time I went (may 9th) my pizza was missing several of the toppings I paid for. Went back the next day to let the manager know. Showed up at 8:25, restaurant closes at 9pm, were denied service & told they’re closed.

Average. But very overpriced. My biggest issue was that they’re weren’t any prices in the menu. I paid $22.50 for a small pizza and a drink, which seems excessive. The price might be justified if this was a sit down restaurant and not counter service. But the food didn’t seem exceptional in my opinion.
