Given this place 2 chances. Food is decent but the first time I went (may 9th) my pizza was missing several of the toppings I paid for. Went back the next day to let the manager know. An employee who I assumed to be the manager (because I asked to speak to one) couldn’t figure out how to get me a refund so I was totally fine with a gift card. (This was the 2nd week in May). I went back this past Friday night and placed an order and tried to use the gift card only to be told that it had never been loaded. I told the person who turned out to be the actual manager about how I got the gift card. Tried to describe the employee as best as I could from memory as this employee was not a manager. She took my info said she would check to see who issued the gift card and resolve the issue, and was nice enough to let me have my order for free. Funny enough this order was also missing 2 of the 3 toppings I asked for. I came back the next afternoon when the manager told me too. I got there and she wasn’t a friendly as the night before. She told me that she talked to everyone who would have been working that morning that I was given the gift card and that none of the employees remembered doing it and that there wasn’t anything she could do. She said I should have gotten this employee’s information when I was given the gift card. She basically brushed me off even when I told her my order wasn’t correct from the night before (when she was working). Very disappointed in how the situation was handled, and they have lost me as a customer. They can’t seem to get orders correct, and when mistakes are made they don’t even try to make them right by the customer and have employees trying to act as managers.

Have ordered the meatball sub twice, takes forever to get. 1ST TIME I canceled my order, because the group shared their pizza while I waited. 2nd time was just as slow.

Pizza is delicious. Highly recommend. My family and I loved it! However the wings we ordered were pretty terrible. I can't eat my wings if they're soft and I don't know how else to describe it. I asked for well done and they were definitely not. Shame bc the sauce was tasty. Still 5 stars bc the Pizza is banging. Just won't order wings there again

In the past we had good experiences here and delicious pizza! Unfortunately, there have been staffing issues during two of our recent visits. We waited over an hour for our food, and only one of 4 pizzas was brought out to us. Also, the restaurant has recently switched to disposable plates, multiple tables out of napkins. We will have to strike this off our usual rotation for a while.

Edit: staff refunded our order after I discussed the problem with them.

The picture says it all. Even though it was slow( I came in after lunch time) the atmosphere was great, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the food was phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend.

What I love about this place, besides the staff and the food, is the convenience. I can call in my order from the parking lot at work and it’s ready by the time I get there. It’s always hot and fresh. Great quality.

Parking: They have reserved spots for pick up near the pond.

We ordered two pizzas and a salad for dine in. The server brought the salad out in a to go box with no plates. When I asked why we were being served in a to go box, I was told that is how they always serve salads. A blatant lie as we can all see from the pictures in the other reviews. The next server brought our pizzas out in boxes and apologized saying, “Sorry, we forgot these were for dine in”. She says this as she brings them to our table. Again, another lie. I’m assuming they didn’t want to wash dishes this evening. I’m not sure why they were going to such lengths. Terrible dine in experience and customer service. This is a photo of the pizza after I asked them to remove it from the box, place it on a serving dish, and give me a serving utensil.

Y'all this place has amazing pizza and the people there working it following a hurricane are nothing short of miracle workers. They are there working extremely hard with the biggest smiles and are always super nice. The higher ups in the company need to not only recognize their hard work and community service in such tough times, but need to make sure they are compensated accordingly being such hard workers and caring neighbors to the community!

My daughters and I went on a daddy-daughter date at Pi-Squared. We always enjoy feeding the fish and turtles! My daughters even named the turtles a long time ago Sheldon and Shelly. The pizza at Pi-Squared is usually top-notch!
Our visit today was below expectations. After ordering our pizza we went to sit outside to enjoy the view and search Sheldon and Shelly. We walked by every table and there was food or debris on them all, but no one was setting outside. I wiped down one of the tables, placed our drinks and plates and began feeding the fish.
We noticed a lot of trash in the pond in several locations. There were children’s toys, pop cans and various other trash items. My daughters were stressed about how we can clean it up for them.
Our pizza arrived pretty quickly, we washed up and began to eat. I noticed the chicken was dry and the mushrooms were very squishy. The pizza crust had a strange taste, like yeast dough that’s been setting out too long and there was barely any pizza sauce. This was very abnormal for Pi-Squared! Usually, we go on for several minutes after eating about how good the pizza was.
After we cleaned up our table we started feeding the fish again. Sheldon came up and started having dinner with the fish, but Shelly never came. My were asking me if I thought if Shelly was ok, because there’s a lot of trash in their pond. They were asking if she could have choked on the trash? I had to assure them that Shelly was probably napping and we would probably see her next time we stop by.
Our conversation continued about the safety of Sheldon, Shelly and the fish. If anyone has very small children, then I’m sure you know how the questions keep compiling.
Not only do we come for the food, but also the scenery and wildlife.
I observed three people just standing around playing with their earbuds, so they had time to clean up the seating areas.
Hopefully, this isn’t the new normal because it would be a letdown.
