Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I came through the drive thru about 2 pm Sunday. I had to repeat my order 6 times and waited 45 min for 2 chicken sandwiches.

Placed an online order March 14th for a spicy chicken sandwich and fries got to the restaurant was informed that I would have to cancel my order on the app (which i didn't have at the time) because they were out of filets. I let her know I don't have that option on my end can she cancel it. The young lady informed me that she has no way to and even tried to help my on my phone (no option). She told me I could call support, so not only did I call support (which it redirected me to the app) but I put in a support ticket online. I got 1 email from support (Jessica) that told me she put a credit on my account which I did not ask for!! I want a refund for the food I never received. The support agent said she forwarded me to an agent that could assist me it is not the 17th with no reply. I even went as far as trying to reach out to the franchise owners with no reply. So looks like I will go as far as filing a BBB complaint. This is ridiculous that I even have to go through all of this for a refund for something I never received!!

Don't come to this location it has the worst service.. you have to wait between 30 to 45 minutes for your food.. for them fast food restaurant is just a category. Don't waste you time keep away from this location.

Had me wait 30 minutes on food only to get home and it was wrong. The service was horrible and I had the wrong food. I was too far away and the phone number for the Reidville Rd store is disconnected. I am VERY disappointed in Popeyes.

We drove to the drive thru to order 2 chicken sandwiches. Sat there for 5 minutes nobody greeted us through the microphone and there was 4 other cars behind us all just sitting waiting. We decided we weren’t going to wait any longer so we pulled forward and went inside. The one car that was at the window had been sitting there for what seemed forever and the worker just kept telling them one second. They weren’t even busy and the service was embarrassingly terrible. The one lady bagging orders had gloves on and stuck her hands halfway down her pants to pull them up, this defeats the entire purpose of wearing the gloves. We ended up walking out along with another customer as well. Never will be back.

How do you pull me up and 4 other cars so I’m thinking food is being cooked fresh WRONG….the food is still horrible Cold & old! Listen to the reviews stay away and don’t waste your money.

This is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to! Workers are extremely rude and the food sucks. I got a cold chicken sandwich and asked for a hot one and they made the biggest deal. Terrible place and I would give it zero stars if I could.

I ordered online. It says I can pick up at the drive thru or inside. I go to the drive thru only to have them take someone else’s order that just pulled up after I had been waiting without acknowledgement. When the finally get to me, they tell me to come inside. I get inside and have to wait further. And again not acknowledged.

Worst food I've had in a long time,,, tried to impress my wife after telling her how good Popeyes is up north where I'm from and I was Deeply disappointed by the food. I won't be back,,, and I definitely won't be recommending this place in fact I Strongly recommend That people Don't waste their money. I mean it was horrible not just nasty 🤷 😕. Waste 45 dollars,,,, TOTALLY WASTED.

This is the most waste of time of business and money I’ve seen in the upstate in years. The service sucks. The food is terrible. This place needs a complete clean up of management, employees, and recipes. Also the chicken is never good. Eat ramen before you go here.

This Popeyes location is sooo bad. Can the owners please fire, or at the least, re-train the management team. There is "zero" customer service and the time it actually takes to get food is absolutely ridiculous.

OMG. Why didn't I read the reviews before coming here?! RUDE, RUDE, AND RUDE. Customer service is the absolute worst. Why does it take so long for 3 wings?! I wouldn't expect this establishment to be opened too much longer if the franchise owner doesn't come in and make changes.

Don't waste your time or money! The kids that work there are rude and nasty and the manager is definitely slow. That's why they can get away with the poor business. Besides the service, the food is nasty is hell and they never have anything on the menu.

Customer service terrible. The wait on hot wings is ridiculous had to pull up waited over 30 minutes tried calling the restaurant because they locked the doors phone disconnected.

This restaurant needs better customer service and new management they are rude and prices are too high and a long waiting time for dry chicken I don’t recommend it.
