Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I placed an online order, and still had to wait 10 mins for my food in the lobby. I ordered a two can dine meal and the staff member working (with no haste) grabbed my ticket that had been there for 10 minutes before my arrival, and fixed my order. I would have gotten the strawberry cream pie I ordered if only they had my food ready for pick up. I’ve had a bad experience here prior to last night but I figured it was a fluke and decided to try it again. I woke up at 230am and was sick… both ends sick. The dude that made my order didn’t wear gloves and didn’t seem to care that he wasn’t doing a good job. Even when I’m door dashing, the employees are either rude or don’t care. I will not order from this restaurant again.

I order the fansville wings, my girl ordered some chicken and mash....the chicken tasted funny and had dried blood with every bite. The mash had paste texture and her chicken taste weird as well and very fatty. These is honestly the worst popeyes experience ever. Oh and the soda machine was filthy, don't even think it was ever cleaned at all🤢

First thing I noticed when I came into this popeyes everything is very clean the floors and all the tables which is unusual for fast food restaurant are all very clean.

I ordered online and my food came out pretty quick.
The service was outstanding.
The employees were very friendly.
I was greeted with a smile when I walked in the door.
They made me fresh hot wings.

I went to this location today with literally no one in line , and no customer inside the store . The store barely even looked opened. I got the number 1 combo and the lady running drive thru communicated to me that they had no soft drinks only lemonade, sweet tea , and another drink that I can’t remember. Being that I wanted a soft drink , I only ordered the sandwich and the fries. When I got my order as I drove off . I noticed that my fries was warm and so was the sandwich . To be honest this was unacceptable to me simply because it was no reason that my food wasn’t HOT . I’ve heard about the bad service given. But I assumed that it wasn’t that bad . I’m not sure who owns or manage this location but I wasn’t happy .

I like Popeyes. But it's nothing like it use to be. Something always wrong with the food. I decided to give it another try and the chicken tasted spoiled. I'm just sick of losing m money at Popeyes and any other restaurants. 🤢🤮 Do better Popeyes. And someone needs to sweep and clean up when they are not busy in the kitchen. (Some) Of these young generation is very lazy.

Horrible customer service. No hello or thank you. No receipt. Asked for a frozen lemonade and got a regular one. Very bad attitude from the drive thru lady. Won’t be back to that location

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had at a fast food place. Placed a to go order on app at 11am and didn’t get my food till 11:45 and all I ordered was two chicken finger combos. Sat in the lobby watching them make my food with no gloves and the store was so dirty and looked like it never gets cleaned. Never eat here!

Seth has his day crew working hard trying to satisfy their customers. We did have to wait for 12 minutes for hot fresh chicken but his explanation as to why there was a wait was poised and professional! Thanks Seth!
