NEVER AGAIN!!! ZERO STARS!!!
I would give zero stars if that were possible. I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for my food while 2 employees sat/stood by the pickup window chatting. The male employee had his hands down his pants and was vaping. After we waited 30 minutes this same male employee opens the window to ask me what I am waiting for! I ordered 2 combos. Nothing we ordered would have taken 30 minutes to prepare if people were actually doing their jobs!! We left with no food.

Order : 3 piece chicken strip w mac & fries
popcorn shrimp w fries
6 piece boneless garlic parm w mac
dr pepper, reg lemonade & mango lemonade

received: popcorn shrimp meal w 2 dr peppers, 6 piece w mac & frozen strawberry lemonade, no chicken strip meal AT ALL plus after asking me for a third time what drinks i had i still received the wrong ones…

HORRIBLE service… seriously can you even do your job? this is the 3rd time we’ve been to this location and everytime something is missing or not what we ordered. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

I have never eaten @ popeyes until today but let me tell you I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!! HORRIBLE!! At lunch time they serve cold chicken.

This site has major staff problems. The employees are consistently high while working. They aren't preparing the food for sale and just offer whats they happen to have or whats easiest for them to throw together. They consistently have their web order equipment turned off. There doesn't seem to be any accountability for all that's wrong with this particular store. I recommend replacing all the staff starting at the managerial level and starting a new.

First this location didn't have the 6$ big box that is being widely advertised. Ordered a chicken tenders meal with fries which was 12$ double the big box price and of course it's not even right. It's bone in chicken with cold fries. Such a simple thing and they can't even get it right ?‍♀️

This was my first time coming to Popeyes and if I can help it I WILL be back!
The man (my receipt says his name is Charles) was sooo kind and so helpful! He made sure I knew about a special they were having and just made my experience the best! I haven’t even tried the food yet, I’m still sitting in the drive thru, but I wanted to make sure I said something!

What’s the deal with the Popeyes on Main Street? I just went into the store ( drive thru is blocked off with cones) and there’s no one there! It’s open and things seem to be cooking but no one at the counter and no one in the kitchen as far as I could see. The last time I was there, I ordered one biscuit and the counter person disappeared into the back and after ten minutes I finally left with no biscuit (but I did pay for it!)

The employee told me this was the best they could do and this was the second batch! The first batch was much darker! I didn't even receive the correct chicken! I asked for dark and received a breast! Every visit here is a BAD EXPERIENCE but this is THE LAST VISIT! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

The people who prepares the food boxes don’t wear gloves.

Delivery person left teeth marks in the tenders.

This establishment is beyond fifty the owner Joel don't care so of course the staff doesn't care I've been to that place three times my orders were all messed up each time this last time my chicken was raw that my daughter ate I took the chicken back to them where the manager seen it and said okay the only thing I can do is give you your money back with no sense of care they need to shut this place down immediately before someone gets hurt really bad

First Popeyes Restaurant so CLEAN !!! With a Great Customer Services, will come back anytime !!???

Waited 30 minutes for cold food in the drive through. Got my order wrong. Window attendant was not apologitic when my food did come. Do not go here. Bojangles up the road is better.

I went here last week after spending long days in the hospital with my mother. I ordered a 12 piece all white SPICY MEAL with coleslaw Cajun fries biscuits and an order of honey bbq wings. Couldn’t hear the guy talk to me through the speaker bc all you could hear was 2 girls talking about non work related things through their microphones. Got order straight. Parid then was told to pull up. After 10 minutes girl comes out to tell me they don’t have anymore spicy anywhere in the store. I agreed to receive a substitution. After waiting another 15 minutes I got my food. Got home 40 minutes away only to find chicken only no biscuits no slaw no fries wings so hard couldn’t bite them and not even all white meat! I paid $54 to throw away the partial order I received because it was inedible. So disappointed since Popeyes is the only chicken restaurant I will eat from, and since this is the closest one to me I won’t be eating it anytime again.
