Very poor customer service over priced they make it hard to support black businesses it was a reminder of why I quit eating there food was good but will never spend another dime on any of his establishments

When inwalked in the lady behind the counter said “Are you ready to order, not even really giving time to look over the menu, fortunately I already knew what I wanted. The tone was not friendly and anlmost rude. I ordered a mushroom Philly cheesesteak and asked them to add jalapeños and extra cheese. When I got home, I felt like there were no jalapeños. I called to voice my feedback. The lady said, out Jalapeños are diced very small and have very little heat, if you wanted it spicy you should of asked for cherry peppers, she I told her her tone was not very customer service friendly she stated, we are not everyone’s cup of tea and we don’t need your business!! Well, you won’t ever get my business ever again. Very disappointing!! If I could give less stars I would.

I just took a friend here because I had the best experience in the past great food etc. but the lady today that took your order was so rude I did not even order. I love supporting local businesses but when you are not customer friendly I will not spend my money. Very sad.
