I have some health problems that prohibit prohibit me from eating any kind of grease and I can only eat brown rice so I have a big problem finding a place to eat but not anymore.....red bowl is perfect for me

We stopped by Red Bowl Asian Bistro on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. It was busy but we didn’t have to wait to be seated.
I ordered Mongolian beef with brown rice. Unfortunately the rice was overcooked, didn’t have the right texture and I didn’t eat it. The beef was Ok but the sauce was too sweet for my taste and there was no spice in it. From my experience in the Asian cuisine they usually ask the n the spice level for each dish, that was not the case here.

Absolutely wonderful experience eating here today. My husband and I were doing some last minute running around and stopped to try the food here. I was so happy to find that the sushi served here had no off or pungent ocean smell to it. Absolutely delicious. The kitchen was even kind enough to make a tofu and broccoli dish instead of a beef or chicken and broccoli dish. My husband ordered eggrolls & sesame chicken with fried rice, he loved the eggrolls here and the main dish....
