Red Crab Juicy Seafood

The customer service is horrible from a management standpoint. I placed an order online and waited 30mins before going to get it. Once I arrived they told me it was not ready, and they had me wait an additional 15 mins only to tell me they don’t accept online orders anymore. I was confused because the order was already paid for. The associate went to get a manager, but they refused to come out and speak with me.

Great flavor but smoked sausage was not really heated enough, like it was just cut off the link. If it had cooked longer in the juice it would have been much better, but still good.

This the most dramafied place I’ve ever worked. The food is horrible at times depending on what you order. and I will be contacting the labor board and ice. Very unprofessional. Even customers notices how unprofessional it is. The new manager Samantha is very manipulative, she has her team set up to where if you’re not in the clique they will get RID OF YOU. Fruit flies all over the bar because it’s left nasty by staff. When the manager friend took pictures of my section then I took pictures of hers I was terminated. The servers are all against each other only a few stay out of drama. Needs new management.

Food was good. I had the fried shrimp w/ sweet potato fries. They are waffle fries & were really good. Hubby had the boil. (I believe it was the shrimp boil) That was also really good. Sausage, little potatoes, loaded w/shrimp, and a small ear of corn. (I think it was like 1/2 an ear) I think our server was having a difficult night or just very shy. But, nevertheless, we didn't ding her for it. Everyone can't be 100% all the time. Overall, I'd go back.

5 stars is not enough for here. The food the service and the atmosphere from the tables to the koi pond that is a boat. The food hits all the spots in all the right places. Makayla was an absolute amazing waitress.

Brett drew us in with his warm inviting personality!! We weren’t really going to eat there but he made us want to sit! Our server meet us with the most beautiful smile and tended to our every need! That boil bag was off the chain with their signature sauce!!!!! Chef’s kiss!!!! The seafood tasted so fresh and clean! We’re definitely going back! We also had the steamed oysters DELICIOUS! 10/10!
