Red Lobster

We made reservations hours in advance, but when we arrived we still had to wait over an hour to get seated. The hostess was very rude and seated people who had come in 45 minutes after their reservation time before us. She told us we would just have to wait. No One seemed to know what they were doing. This is not the first time that this has happened, but we figured we'd give them another chance. We won't be going back. Unless you want to spend 3 hours for dinner, Don't go !!!

We waited for over 1hr to be sat, despite having a reservation, and then another hour waiting on food. This restaurant used to be nice, but now it's a dump. They are apparently understaffed and the ones that are working are high. I do not recommend whatsoever and we will likely not be going back.

Our server Sam was great ! Very friendly and very attentive ! Easy on the eyes as well !!

Not enough people working. Did was alright. I did notice that the prices have increased and they were no specials for Saturday or Sunday.

While the food was great (as always 😀); the highlight of my visit to Red Lobster had to be out server ROBBY B.! This young man treated my family and I as if we were guests in his own home and just went above and beyond to make us feel warm and welcomed. Funny, efficient and just an overall great guy...a pleasure to deal with and I hope he's running the place upon my next visit!

Put in a to go order and pulled up 5 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. Waiting 15 minutes and finally went in to see all the employees standing at the host stand. Told them I had a pickup and one of them went to the back and brought it up. I had several items missing and had to go back in. The crab legs and potato’s I received had rubber bands in it ? The crab legs also had barely any meat in them. Overall disappointing experience for the money spent.

Took forever to get To Go Food

Server was great. Scampi was bland and barely warm. Salad looked great but 1000 island had a weird taste. Best part was biscuit,tea and baked potato. It is so sad Red Lobster has changed so much and not for the better.

Sam was an amazing waitress for us. She Had an awesome and upbeat personality and went above and beyond giving us phenomenal customer service. Will definitely be back because of the experience we received from her. Thank you Sam!!
