Great food cooked perfectly every time I come here. The kitchen manager came by my table to ask how I was enjoying my dinner and I had nothing but great things to say about my experience. I definitely will continue to come back.

I know it was a Monday but my food tasted like Rubber Shrimp and Lobster I rather not get tricked into coming in for a special if the food is going to be from last night reheated ? my stomach is aching for real, then my salad came out then food and still no biscuits, then when the biscuits did come out the people who had just arrived got there's first! and yes we still tipped but for 2 people for $60 i'm appalled

As Red Lobster goes, this place had some of the best seafood I've had in a very long time. Service was fabulous, the food was tasty and served hot, and we truly enjoyed our time there. I wish the Red Lobster near our house was as high quality as this one!

It took longer then the 15 mins that the host said the wait would so by the time we order and got our food, we had been there for a hour and a half. I told our waitress that I needed some extra butter for my potato but she must have forgot about it. So 10 mins went by before she comes by to ask if everything was good so I tell her I'm waiting on butter and when she brought it out my potato was to cold to melt the butter. Then I ask her for a couple more biscuits and she said they was cooking them that she would bring us some as soon as they finished cooking. We waited for 25 mins and no biscuits so we decide to leave without biscuits. We know them biscuit take like 8 mins to cook because my son worked there a few years ago when he was just out of school. We were there for over 2 hours. Then she apologized when she brought our check which she said we were patient but it didn't make the price any cheaper.
The only thing good about the meal we had here was the service and the biscuits. The stuffed mushrooms were terrible tasting fishy the stuffed flounder also tasted fishy. Think perhaps stuff was not fresh and neither was shrimp here again. The only thing again was the service.

Went on Saturday 3/9/2024 it was my 65th birthday! Was told 1 1/2 hours to be seated we were a party of 2! So we opted to come during the week Thursday at 330 we went in waited for 7 minutes to be acknowledged at the door we walked out discussed whether or not to stay. Went back in and were greeted in about a minute and sat. Waitress came took our drink and appetizer order (stuffed mushrooms) raspberry margaritas no salt well salt on rim and see picture for the mushrooms. No biscuits ever! Delivered out food baked potatoes not available for about 10 more minutes had asked for tartar sauce and more cocktail never got it. Asked for sweet tea with meals never got it! No server in sight... I went to the kitchen door and knocked loudly... everyone now scrambled to find out the commotion. By now the last thing I want is to eat here so we told the manager about the whole ordeal and she didn't even apologize! We told her she could take everything back we weren't going to pay for it (we didn't eat it) she came back with a bill for the margaritas to which we were like you are actually going to charge us? She took the bill back. The absolute worst experience in a restaurant I have ever had!! I will never never never go back to the red lobster in spartanburg!

This trip, I only got the cheese bisquits since my mom had a hankering for them. Soooooooooo good! The bar tender took my order and within a handful of min. I had the order and was good to go.
