Our waitress was amazing. She was very patient with my son, and I never ran out of drinks. The food was delicious and came out faster than expected.

Went here with some friends for a birthday and my food was real good.

I've only been to this Ruby Tuesday once so take that as you will, but this is one of the worst Ruby Tuesday experiences I've ever had. The atmosphere instantly felt gross and there as food all on the floor under our table. We were told there were no booths available and were seated at a table even though there was a whole row of booths being unused.

We went out as a family last minute and decided Ruby Tuesday’s would have something for everyone. I had the salad bar and enjoyed the nice selections. Others had steak, chicken fingers and a burger. They all said that they had better elsewhere.

We tried this location for the first time last night. We were greeted by a host who only gave us one roll of silverware. We were then greeted by our waiter who immediately mentioned that he has been working for too long that day and he was ready to go home (I get the humor but that doesn’t exactly make a tipping customer feel welcomed). The salad bar seemed clean and well stocked which is good because I ate more of my salad than the actual meal. Everything seemed bland and portions were small. It looked and tasted like it was either microwaved or fried to death. Prices are horrible as well. You can get a much better meal in Spartanburg for the money. It’s no secret why this place is empty when other restaurants in the area are busy...

The staff is amazing. Very friendly. We are from out of state and for the past three Sat. we have gone to Ruby Tuesday's for after dinner cocktails because the staff from the server to the bartender are amazing! Thank you so much for your Southern hospitality.

Went in with my family.. There were several open tables and no one at the door to seat us.. after several minutes I watched two employees talking and pointing at my party and myself. I then waved back with no response. After a couple more minutes a young lady walked up and asked if we had been talked care of. I let her know that we were needing a table. She asked booth or table. Either was fine as she grabbed the menus one of the employees that had been having the discussion about us previously came by and stated that there would be a 15 minute wait and kept walking.. I am very disappointed with the way The whole situation was handled and left. I would have liked to stay.. but not with this type of service when you walk in the door. We have been here several times and normally get decent service and food.. This time I do believe it will be quite some time before I return if at all.... so sad..

When we arrived, we were told they would have to seat us at a table because there were no booths available. I looked around and clearly counted 8 booths from the entrance. Once seated, we waited a bit for our drink orders to be taken. We then waited almost a half hour for our drinks to arrive. The restaurant was not crowded by any means so service should have been quick. Once our order was taken, it took forever for our appetizer to come out along with my son's food as my wife and I had salad bar. I ordered the unlimited cheeseburger sliders to go with mine. The first ones came out fairly quickly. After ordering my second helping, I waited another half hour before I told the waiter I didn't want them and to take it off the bill. We made the mistake of ordering desert which also took forever to come out. Our drink glasses were left empty on the table for a very long time before they were refilled. The waiter, Kevin was very polite but took no rush to see that we were taken care of. I think this service was totally unacceptable for this type restaurant. It will be a while before we ever return. Unless they change things soon, I don't recommend this place to others.

We Love Ruby Tuesday located at the Dorman Center. They have the best staff. I love Mrs. Angelia that handles the salad bar. She keeps the bar stocked and looking so good. She is always so friendly. She remembers all her customers. I eat there at least 3 times a week. Rebecca is so sweet too. She works at the bar. She remembers me too. I can't remember all the staffs names but the guys and the other girls are wonderful too. I have made a lot of friends there.

Wow. We were passing through the area and stopped in right at 7pm on a Tuesday. There were maybe 20 people inside (several of them at the bar). We ordered 2 chicken quesadillas with a queso & chips appetizer. Everything was SO slow. The queso came out with barely a handful of chips (clearly not enough). When our quesadillas came out (minutes later) the chips were gone so we asked for more. Never saw them and when our server FINALLY came back, we asked again. Several minutes after that she came back with drink refills and said she'd put in for more chips. We waited again for chips and by the time they came we had finished our food. Even though, by this point, the queso was stone cold, we ate it anyway. Maybe now we know WHY there weren't many customers....the locals know and avoid this location. One star only because the food was good when we eventually got it.

It’s Friday night and everywhere else is busy but here. My boyfriend and I walk in and sit at the bar. There are three people at the bar; one is just drinking and is clearly friends with the one working bartender (not that they needed more than one for as slow as they were), one has their food and one has just paid for his to go food. It takes the bartender a crazy long time to greet us, which consists of: “Hey kids, what can I do for you?” When I tell her we’d like to eat, she becomes what we could only interpret as incredibly put out, wipes down the filth off the bar, and walks away to grab menus and continue her conversation with her friend at the end of the bar. We left before she had even realized it.

Service was terrible tonight. Twice we were almost served food that was intended for another table. Then our food was almost served to another table. When it came time for our bill, we sat and sat. Our food came with half of the meal missing. We had to wait on our waiter to come back so we could ask for the missing food. There were lots of staff running around. They did not appear short staff. And the restaurant was busy as normal for a Saturday evening.

Salad bar was delicious all very fresh. Cheeseburgers cooked to perfection. Waitress was nice and efficient.
