I use to love this place, the staff was amazing at one point, the food was better, I wouldn’t waste your time with the new management. Me and my fiancé went to eat and the service was awful, Emily was not only rude, she was treating the other staff members with such hate, I actually approached one of the girls and apologized for the way she was being spoken to. It’s a shame really, I miss the way this place use to be

Picked up a pizza to go on 10-25-21. It was pretty good. Toppings could have been a little more plentiful. The main reason I am posting a review is not necessarily about the food, but the presumptuous girl behind the counter. Our bill was $24 and some change. My husband gave her 2- $20.00 bills. She asked if we needed change back!! My husband is a generous tipper all of the time. However, asking if we needed change back when given $40 for a $24 order was a little bold I personally think! So caught off guard, he asked for $5 back.

Was traveling with our 3 pups and we all enjoyed the patio seating. The protein pizza was perfect and I also enjoyed my black cherry soda. Friendly staff and a good chat with one of the owners. Highly recommend!

The pizza is amazingly good. The bread sticks are worth the trip itself. Beverages are eclectic and locality made, so that's a little different but good... Can't wait to see how they continue to improve.Get the pepperoni pizza... It's fabulous

Pizza was average. We were expecting more since we’ve had a lot of pizza in many different cities/states.They basically cook the pizza with the meat and then throw the raw vegetables on top without cooking them….crunch crunch crunch…yuck.The pineapple was fresh but it wasn’t roasted and it was very hard because it wasn’t cooked.I would think they would roast the vegetables if they state that they are roasted on the menu and they should be incorporated into the pizza.Maybe the pizza cook was in training??Either way, we may give it another chance but have to think about it.

Unacceptable. Ordered online through the Sidewall website, only to get a message 30 minutes later that the delivery service could not get through to the restaurant to process the order. Called the restaurant several times over a 20 minute span to try and resolve the issue. Finally gave up and drove over to find that my order was sitting lukewarm in the kitchen (including a ticket that had my phone number and email on it). I spoke to the manager to explain the situation and she was supremely unhelpful, letting me know I could contact DoorDash (the company that makes deliveries ordered directly through THE SIDEWALL WEBSITE) to see if I could get a refund of the $20 I paid for tip and delivery fees and blaming me for the issue. No offer to help in any way whatsoever. Website defects, no way to contact or order via phone, terrible customer service. I will never eat at or order from a Sidewall Pizza again.

My first impression was this doesn't look like a pizza place at all, however, the pizza is pretty good. Emily, my waitress was very attentive without being overbearing. Like a lot of places the a/c is to cold. A large pizza was the size of a medium if you a heckler about that. I spent $30 on a large pie with two IPAs... Definitely in the budget for a date night.
Pelham Rd location does great work, we have food allergies and they are attentive and accommodating to our needs. Pizza is awesome!

I would recommend this place to anyone who is in the area. The food was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Everyone and even the manager work great together helping out and keeping the place cleaned up. They have the best ranch dressing.
